How do I create lettering on a circle or ellipse in Wilcom Embroidery Studio

Circular baselines can stitch in an arc over the top or under a logo. The over the top version has the baseline under the letters and the word reads in a clockwise direction.
The under the logo version has the baseline on top of the letters and reads in an anti-clockwise direction. The same tool also creates elliptical baselines.
