Back once again with a remaster of another Sonic.exe mod remix of mine, this time being my most popular remix, You Can't Run!
Again, this is for the EXEternal project which I am very happy to be a part of!
Along with returning songs from the Xenophanes week like Triple Trouble and Final Escape, you can expect to see new and returning renditions of Majin Sonic's Endless, Lord X's Cycles, Execution, and Hellbent, Tails Doll's Sunshine and Soulless, Sanic's Too Fest, Sunky.MPEG's Milk, Fleetway Super Sonic's Chaos, Coldsteel's Personel, Starved and Furnace's Prey and Flight or Fight, Hog and Scorched's Manual Blast, and will even feature brand new songs for the Slaybells replacement, new characters, new art, new Encore versions, gimmicks and so much more!

Friday Night Funkin' is an open-source donationware rhythm game first released in 2020 for a game jam. The game was developed by a team of four Newgrounds users, Cameron "ninjamuffin99" Taylor, David "PhantomArcade" Brown, Isaac "Kawai Sprite" Garcia, and evilsk8r.
Friday Night Funkin': Vs. Sonic.EXE is a mod owned and directed by MarStarBro, Comgaming_Nz, and Saster. The main opponent of the mod is the titular character from the Sonic.EXE creepypasta , but it also features many other horror-oriented characters from other official and fan-made Sonic media, including Sonic (PC PORT), Sonic CD, Sunky.MPEG, Sonic R, and Sonic the Comic.
Sonic.EXE is the central antagonist of the mod, and the main antagonist of his titular creepypasta. Sonic.exe, also known as Xenophanes is a demon that is a super fan of Sonic that became a form like him to try and be him. He comes from the creepypasta and videogame Sonic.exe and goes and kills Sonic's friends one by one leading to him killing the one playing the game. He is very popular in various other forms of media and as of 2021 has had a resurgence thanks to friday night funkin.

@@Theeefbeef EXEternal is not canceled yet. Although a majority of the dev team left due to some drama, the project itself is not canned and is just being shelved for now, likely to wait for a new dev team that would like to work on it.
Before YCR Encore released, your remix was my favorite version of the song, so I can't wait to see what this is like!
Edit: Even though it's just a few changes, those little touches do add something to this.

Okay this sounds a lot more threatening than vanilla You Can’t Run basically it’s the heavy guitar shreds makes more aggressively makes it more powerful remix and what makes it scarier is how threatening the vocals of Sonic.exe are like holy shit
