We're back again, this time remastering my first Friday Night Funkin'-related track, Too Slow!
And, as you can already guess, I'm working alongside many other talented individuals on Friday Night Funkin': EXEternal! The mod will include remastered versions of both my Too Slow remix and my You Can't Run remix!
Along with returning songs from the Xenophanes week like Triple Trouble and Final Escape, you can expect to see new and returning renditions of Majin Sonic's Endless, Lord X's Cycles, Execution and Hellbent, Tails Doll's Sunshine and Soulless, Sanic's Too Fest, Sunky.MPEG's Milk, Fleetway Super Sonic's Chaos, Coldsteel's Personel, Needlemouse's Round-a-Bout, Fatal Error's Fatality, Starved and Furnace's Prey and Flight or Fight, Hog and Scorched's Manual Blast, and will even feature brand new songs for the Slaybells replacement, new characters, new art, new Encore versions, gimmicks and so much more!
I'm very excited for everyone to see what's in store for this new mod!

Friday Night Funkin' is an open-source donationware rhythm game first released in 2020 for a game jam. The game was developed by a team of four Newgrounds users, Cameron "ninjamuffin99" Taylor, David "PhantomArcade" Brown, Isaac "Kawai Sprite" Garcia, and evilsk8r.
Friday Night Funkin': Vs. Sonic.EXE is a mod owned and directed by MarStarBro, Comgaming_Nz, and Saster. The main opponent of the mod is the titular character from the Sonic.EXE creepypasta , but it also features many other horror-oriented characters from other official and fan-made Sonic media, including Sonic (PC PORT), Sonic CD, Sunky.MPEG, Sonic R, and Sonic the Comic.
Sonic.EXE is the central antagonist of the mod, and the main antagonist of his titular creepypasta. Sonic.exe, also known as Xenophanes is a demon that is a super fan of Sonic that became a form like him to try and be him. He comes from the creepypasta and videogame Sonic.exe and goes and kills Sonic's friends one by one leading to him killing the one playing the game. He is very popular in various other forms of media and as of 2021 has had a resurgence thanks to friday night funkin.

I love how much more dramatic and foreboding the opening is. Really takes it from "Oh hey, it's the iconic EXE song" to "You are not safe," and makes the whole thing so much better as a result.

This remix gives me In the Final vibes, and I really like that. Also, one thing I’d love to see is during the last part with the drowning music, the notes get faster and faster until the end where they’re super fast.

Is this version final? Just wanted to ask because the song is so good but feels THIS close to being legendary. Feels like the instrumental could build up a little more before the end because the rock guitar and chorus are AMAZING but last for so short. Amazing work btw.

Quick question, why are you guys still using the MarStarBro Sonic.exe chromatic? I mean, the guy who did the "I am God" line can do an almost perfect imitation of the OG Sonic.exe voice, why not ask him to voice the chromatic instead of using this one?

@@thedaredevilofinkwellisle i wasn't calling the voice ass, i was saying that if you put the voice into a chromatic, it actually comes out terrible. what i like to do instead is i'll actually give somebody a full NORMAL chromatic of my NORMAL voice and tell them to IMPROVISE a scale and to make it sound cool and unique, and it works really well cause the chromatic of just me is good

All is good except the voice acting i'm sorry but he doesn't fit for exe trough.
It actually is based on exe’s original voice from the game. The one in the original mod is kinda just made up. So I like this one more to be honest.

To me it sounds very monotonous and above all copied and worsened compared to the encore and the original, the chords in certain parts are so flat that they make me want to go and listen to the OSTs of Dave and Bambi, at least those are a bit more lively.
