WHY not just use the efile instead of remover? I thought that is what ya'll preferred more so than that? I definitely prefer an efile, just not the portable one ya'll put in the "mystery box" bc its tore my nails up! It never starts nor has started on a low. I myself am beyond disappointed with the YN portable black in color efile. I am extremely happy with ALL the other products I have ever purchased. Im super sorry but I havent had luck with it since I have received the efile. It just stinks when stuck with something like that. Anyway, I watch ya'll every single day at some point.😊 Oh and btw, Gregs brush is pretty cool for acrylic.

@soul2soul30 Unless i misilunderstand you, you're supposed to file away 80% of the product then soak the rest with remover and gently scrape off remaining product. I'd imagine any efile on the natural nail will tear them up.

You definitely can use just an e-file to remove all product which we do most of the time. We also know there are people who like to soak off so we also educate on that.
As for the portable e-file, you can contact our customer service team if you are having issues with it and they can help you. For the speed, if you turn it all the way down and start from there you can hear the bit speeding up and can gage how slow or fast you are going for what you are specifically doing.
