Rsx Type-S: Lowering Springs Review

  • To save, I decided to try out some Godspeed lowering springs. Normally, I would install coilovers on my cars. But because the DC5 was going to be a daily driver, I didn't need to go all out. Yet even with the cost savings, my impressions on these springs are mixed at best.

    what size wheels and tires are you running ?

      18x8.5 at 48mm offset
      5x114.3 bolt pattern
      225/40/18 tires

    lowering springs are good budget option for daily drivers. I heard good things about them, but just watch out for leaky struts. Folks on forums will always tell you how bad the RSX stock struts are when they are paired with lowering springs

      the struts are def a concern with lowering springs
