This is getting interesting. Even if a villain were to get an Arc suit, Giovanni ISNT one of them. If anything, I see Archie and Maxie getting one over Giovanni, heck even Guzma, Lusamine and maybe Rose. They’d make more sense since they’re reformed in a way. Giovanni is the same as he’s always been so he’s out of the running
It sounds like he's like to subdue Arceus like Volo, instead of getting an Arc Suit.
It'd be interesting to see if Volo and Giovanni clash later in the story, Volo is no joke when it comes to manipulation and battles
Lysandre could have the potential for an arc suit as his motives seem pure, Rose or Lusamine also.
Yeah, Giovanni's been getting his way for way too long now. Despite every setbacks, he's been able to make use of resources scrapped off from one plan to another. I'm betting on Volo being a few levels above of him when it comes to scheming.

Giovanni sure is a crafty strategist, he cares for his pokemon (Maintains them well) while also using them for his own ambitions.
7:43-Crafty use of words there makes it hard to argue with him. Since some pokemon are destructive by nature like Eternatus or Guzzlord. They have a right to live too.
8:57 ngl i was expecting Guzzlord to actually eat the Goddamn Hyper Beam but oh well even Gio himself can't beat 2 Arc Suits Sync Pairs at the same time
Would have expected him do what Guzzlord did in the anime devour moves too. Imagine he got hands on paradox pokemon.
