I present you:
WORST CALLS BY NBA REFS COMPILATION
Nowadays the Refs are just not doing their job right. Last Night Manu Ginobili threw the lob pass to LaMarcus Aldridge , but luckily the ball went straight in the basket and that should easily be a valid 3- point made shot, but Michael Beasley grabbed the rebound and just dribbled to the Spurs' hoop without inbounding the ball, everyone was shocked how the game continued and how the refs didn't see the clean basket from Manu, another example is the travels that refs don't call every NBA game, can you believe it ? And with the new rule for technical fouls and the expensive tickets for NBA games the refs just can't call right

Hi
Told him not to stare at me because I'm fragile and get intimidated easy.
@@christophersteward5720 🤣
This is one of the worst calls and the Tim Duncan laughing ejection and the Alan Iverson Technical foul for "bringing the crowd down" are not?
2:26 he stepped out of bounds traveled and double dribbled 💀 🤣
Zack Tomassetti jumping
Also traveled jumping with ball.
Up and down
The Official Duo that’s called travel
David Alvarez its called up and down
I'm so glad Joe Crawford no longer officiates.. He gets butt hurt all the time and thinks he's always right. Talk about power trip.
Wayne Petersen and he had a gambling problem
Fuck Politics prob never got any love at home 😢
I was surprised it took a long time before he left
But the league still has Lauren hordkips or whatever her name is
And Kenny Mauer
2:26 BRO I CANNOT STOP LAUGHING
How does Jefferson not say anything as he does that lol
It looks like when you bring your athletic friend who has never played basketball to the court and he just starts dribbling all over the place 😅😅
@@oliviergrenier3574 my thoughts exactly
If you look closely, he also traveled on that play.
He pretty much violayed every rule there and didnt get call lmao
"I told him three times to stop intimidating me" this is the moment when NBA got soft...
Even sounds like a woman. They have the nerve to have women refs in a mans game to soften it up. I never watch a game when there is a woman ref; they are too emotional and the punk ass men aren't far behind.
kian0902 nope you can’t do that. You have never officiated if you don’t understand that.
Akbar X idiot
I'm a basketball official and i can tell you its completely legitimate and has always been in the rules that intimidation of the refs is legal cause for a technical foul. After asking the player 3 times and telling the coach to pull back his player? yeah that's totally reason to call a technical and ejection
Good job being sexist moron who criticizes professional officals
“HE WaS IntImIDATING mE”
Fender Tremolo how is he a thug?
Explains why LA was gonna beat Portland in 00.....besides it was Dick Bavetta who officiated both game 7 in the 2000 WCF and that Sacramento game 6....
DELOREAN FLEETWOOD honestly. Blazers got robbed and the Kong’s lost they’re only chance at a Chip because of it being rigged pretty much
Joey crawford was terrible. Why does it seem he is involved in so many bad calls.
jzubov Because he was a bad ref
@@rileyblack7160, bad doesn't even begin to describe Crawford. PUTRID is more apt for him.
Because he was a mob ref.
He was a good ref except he wouldn't back down when he made a bad call. That's when things got ugly with him.
Everyone makes bad calls; Crawford would never admit it when he did.
He's a moron
Traveling called by NBA refs? That hasn't been a thing in about 20 years.
DisappearingBoy the refs are just trash
At least since the "Gather" rule, it's taken about 6-7 steps to even have a CHANCE at getting called for travel.
The Camby and Nash one was bs. Not even debatable or reviewable. Camby was like 10 feet away from Nash. Even Steve Nash was like "I don't deserve to be at the line" like wtf. And it's funny how that was Camby's 4th foul, putting him in foul trouble. FIXED.
Lol it was all fixed
The nba need to be like the nfl and start letting coaches challenge calls💯💯
Bad call but definitely not fixed. The nba hates the suns
Actually he fouled grant hill. Camby grabbed him around the shoulder and neck. The ref was right call it but wrong in sending Nash to shoot free throws. No one is perfect.
lol good one
3:45
Ref chucked my man, then called it on Chauncey😂😂😂
Ref called a foul on himself 😂😂
Worst ref in history as well

This video should be titled “Joey Crawford fail compilation”

5:50 Goddammit Steve
Some nice clips. I love the James harden one. Surprised you didn't put the ejection of Tim Duncan from the bench though.
I mean every video has that tho. I’m tired of seeing it tbh. I skip it every time because I’ve seen it a million times
Randhika Ikra “intimidating”
You better be joking
He was laughing because of how dumb the call was and the same thing happen to dloading when he was clapping and wasnt even active to play and got a technical foul
Im honestly surprised joey Crawford wasnt mugged after a game
As a basketball ref myself that clip made me cringe.
2:28 that guy visited every rule about dribbling and shooting in the book and the ref didn’t even consider it😂
That wasn't a double dribble. The ball was knocked loose by the defender.
@@grahmthrush4924ah, you must be the ref’s son
I can't stop laughing at how casually Harden just climbed on top of MCW

what kind of school you went?
That Nash one was $ making, they wanted them Suns to advance
4:07 YOU CALL GETTING CHARGED AT BY A 300 TON STUBBY ASS MAN A QUOTE UNQUOTE “LITTLE BUMP”!!!
2:02 is the best one tho
How u get an up and down and a double dribbled and don't get a call
triple dribble
Because if your shot gets blocked it resets your dribble.
I mean the ref even signals with the tipped ball gesture.
@@bgpeters22 Blocked? Nobody on the other team even was close to touching the ball
Just watch Lebron James play. He travels 5+ times a game and they don't call it.
Giannis traveled, stepped out of bounds, dribbled once, picked up the ball and then took three steps to get a game winning play smh.
They were all shocking calls, but when the ref ran into a grounded player and called foul, that is the biggest shock yet
Ayye that man sound so weak.
Ref: I told him three times to stop staring at me. I told him to stop trying to intimidate me
Steve: BUT HE DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING
🤣🤣🤣
When you're the size of Rasheed and have his rep, you DON'T have to say a word to intimidate a small person.
I do think the ref was overreacting a bit - but if Rasheed (AND HIS COACH) had been warned to stop doing that, he should have listened.
The lowry one is historic i love is reaction
Joshua Navarro that was not a bad call because lowry extend his legs to draw a foul and in ref books that is a offensive faul
Joshua Navarro iii
HNK Sibenik you’re a purebred idiot.
HNK Sibenik Oh look! A dumbass!
Didn't they eject Lowry after that one too? Or am I thinking of another time the refs fisted the raptors?
😂😂😂 "wait a minute,, WAIT A MINUTE!!!" 3:20

It was a foul too. He set a major moving screen. Shouldn’t be here.

Nvm you're right
Tbh the ref coulf have seen the 41 green in motion while blocking (which is illegal) when we consider the position of the ref and how the 41 is moving.
@@breizhrudie4757 no, the call was for an illegal blindside screen. Screener was set outside of the the defender's vision and did not allow him time and space to change direction
5:41 imagine adding Chris Smoove’s clip to this video. 😂😂😂😂 “Give this guy a manual!!” 🤣
Where are you going?
5:41 I think it isn't “WORST CALL”😭
car- - travel
2:26 made me so angry that there's someone out there making hundreds of thousands of dollars that somehow can't see the most obvious calls in the world. That's a double dribble, then an up-and-down, THEN ANOTHER DOUBLE DRIBLE WITH NO CALL! That's unbelievable.

Each team should have 2 challenges each game. Refs should be suspended a certain amount a time for every 3 really horrible fouls called, or missed calls.
suspending officials for bad calls would only lead to swallowing whistles. the nba needs to train officials better and review their records each season to terminate them when they prove themselves incompetent
The 2002 Lakers vs Kings game 6 was really bad. Lol. Fixed game.
I still think about that series, it was just absolutely disgusting. It's the only series where I felt 100 percent it was fixed.
I guess the Kings missing free throws in overtime in Game 7 was fixed too
One Advocate 😐
As a diehard Kings fans, I still get triggered about that series
What’s with 2002 and having Fixed refs. The same thing happened in the 2002 World Cup with South Korea paying off refs
3:43 the REF knocked him down then called a foul on the defense 😂😂😂😂
Technical foul Wallace, gone.
Everyone be kind, Joe Crawford is Hellen Keller's unsuccessful twin
brother
he was staring at me and now I am scared and sad...and a 8 year old.
Imagine a 7 foot dude in a bar turned around squared you up and gave you the crazy eyes for that long like that... after you already told him to stop eyeballing you... We communicate through our eyes and body language sometimes more than with our words, staring a man down like that triggers something in our ancient mind.. the ape one..Blatant intimidation, which is the same as threatening. It would have been better if he woulda been jawing at um saying " you know that was a bad fucking call to his face"... Probably would have only gotten a tech. But you can't physically square up a ref like that. It's the one line a player can't cross and stay in the game.. otherwise there would be chaos.
hahahahaha...can only intimidate the easily intimidated. hide behind the whistle and walk away...freakin hilarious.
Thats Rasheed though he was askin for it dude dont know when to quit
K Wright or ref can be an adult
Tom Yazel How about the players act like fucking adults? Obnoxiously yell when they get fouled, throw their hands up and whine when a call is made against or not made for them, constantly challenge the refs, etc. Yeah refs make/don't make some atrocious calls, but players have no respect for refs and are the most "childish" professional sports players.
I love how he says “WHACK!” 😂😂😂😂
2:55 even though klove flopped it was still a foul
2:41 Actually the Shawn Marion's block was one of the greatest 'non calls' ever. I saw many replays from different angles, and marion actually touches the ball before touches Kevin Love's arm. When he did the block, he didn't even touches Love's fingers. The block was legal, and this was a real great observance. Congrats to the referees.
2:28 U NEED SOME SLEEP.. :P
I think Crawford is on everybody's list. He was awful.
I can't believe you didn't include Crawford T'ing Duncan on the bench!
He didn't put it in because everybody should have seen that about 5-10 times by now.
Because this whole video could be filled with Crawford mess. It lets all Joey's down.
Cris Paul is the last person who should be mad about flopping
THT REF IN THE THUMBNAIL LOOK LIKE KOBE BRYANT👀😂😂
Right i was just looking at that 😂😂
Deadass 😂😂😂 rip tho

But same tho
aka: Joey Crawford Montage
Who came here because of the 2002 Kings-Lakers series
While most players do shooting drills, some players do flopping drills before a game starts.
One like = 1000000000 hate for the refs
In the first clip Camby hits the guy setting a screen near hit neck. That’s the call. Not a bad call
5:42 I'm on the referees side on this one, that player looked like he wanted to kill him and this was after several previous warnings
on the last clip, it looks like he planted his foot in court and the shifting of his weight squeezed it to the black line, it was close but still fine
Yep, assuming what he said about the warnings is all accurate, that’s a good call.
That’s so stupid go to hell man
@@henrycal316 Why are you wishing hell on someone, it’s a basketball game
Why would somebody who's job it is to make judgment calls that effect entire games and careers not expect to be glared at when they make a call somebody disagrees with, and why is it a good idea to punish people for doing the glaring?
Kyle lowrys call is on point
People shouldn't even be referees anymore. It should be robots that are trained to spot any foul. We need more consistency and fairness in the league
Elio Castani how would that even work
Elliott Castani Yeah, because robots that can spot shit like that is just soooo possible. I mean I'm still waiting for the one I ordered last month. It's suppose to stop me whenever it sees that my shoelaces are untied. Sarcasm aside, I agree with fairness and consistency, but that robot of yours is NOT happening so soon.
Fuck no, could you imagine all the corrupt shit that would go on with robot refs?!
Robot: *laser blasts the next Allen Iverson in the back as he's going up for a layup, thus, preventing him from winning a ring*
Sry for late past 8 months and no it should be robot camera which Auto lock on ball so ref can check replay what's issue and is that foul or not.
Lowry @ 2:05 was absolutely 100% an offensive foul. It's the "Reggie Miller Rule." You can't stick your foot out to try and draw fouls on a jump shot as the defender goes by.
He didn’t
Did you just take a Chris Smoove clip at the end?
Sometimes I feel like the refs get caught up in watching the game more than they do reffing
That happens a lot at lower levels with inexperienced refs.
Should be bloody RARE at the NBA level, given those refs have to have quite a bit of experience before they get invited to "move up".
Every other NBA player:
travels, gets it called
Lance Thomas:
triple dribbles, travels, no call
The referee is signaling that ball was tipped and bobbled. I don't think that is was bobbled but if it were he can dribble again. Its the equivalent of a blocked shot.
2:02 arguably the dumbest Call NBA history
who's here after Dame's missed call

I sincerely hope the current NBA Commissioner is aware of bad calls, if not the worst calls coming from some NBA referees. If the NBA player commits a clear flagrant foul, they get sanctioned outright by the NBA Commissioner. My question now is if the NBA referee gives out a bad, if not the worst call ever, do they ever get sanctioned too? Or are they under a different governing body? Guys, kindly enlighten me regarding this. Thank you so much.
Ref:timeout la
Ref: Wack your out
Ref: Get away from me Steve. Get away from me Steve.
1:45-1:53 won't call this as a travel but will foul players for being "agressive on screens" 😂 🤣
3:43
41 was NOT ESTABLISHED, he was still moving when contact was made. That was actually a GOOD call, though marginal.
it was an obvious call. the comments defending the player have no concept of the rules
@@mikejones2405 The defensive player never stopped moving - that was an ILLEGAL PICK.
In order for it to have been a charge, the defensive player had to have his position ESTABLISHED - and you can't ESTABLISH a position when you are MOVING.
Before you complain about a call, YOU need to learn the rules.
0:27 everybody talking about that double dribble but UP AND DOWN
The out-of-bounds no-call on KD GS vs Houston is my #1. I mean that one of so blatant it was surreal
I hate joe Crawford so much he is the worst ref in nba history. And he has changed nba history with his bad calls so many games that could of been won and changed history but because of his bad calls it wasn’t
3:40 tbh that was a moving screen, you can see him take the extra step and that’s what they called
Contact was made after he stopped
Exactly
Exactly
How was the one at 3:20 not a foul, though? That’s a moving screen and a half. Come on...just cuz the announcer (notorious homer Tommy Heinsohn) freaked out doesn’t mean the call was wrong.
When people see that sports are rigged 🤣
Imagine a ref as as detective.
**doesn't see the murder happen because it was 1mm out of sight**
That man was really scared that he was getting stared at 🤦♂️
You'd probably be scared too when someone with Rasheed's rep AND MUCH LARGER SIZE kept giving YOU a death stare.
Cough cough* let me guess James Harden is in a bunch of these clips.
The last one tho if im the one who try do to that my ankles are proply broken hahhaa
Did that ref just say "Black, get out!"? Lmfao
2:28 what the hell refs
Referee is indicating a tipped ball and that ball left shooters hand, however slightly. If that is the case, he is entitled to dribble again..basically a blocked shot.
milart12 ?
The 73 win Warriors should had their 1st loss against the Raptors but the refs took that one away from them.
I kind of disagree with Wallace being on the worst calls by the referees, if you were watching the game that led up to, Wallace was getting in the Ron Garretson
a lot. He even warned coach Dunleavy about it.
that was also during the time that the refs were fixing the game and portland had a bad rep them as they were known as the jail blazers
claireice I think he actually told him to stop staring at him and trying to intimidate him. He even told Dunleavy to stop and he kept doing it, at that point he had no choice but to T him up. Since he’d warned him and his coach. He should’ve just stopped by that’s Wallace’s nature he never ever backed down so those are they consequences. It’s really stupid but I get why he did It
oldman baller50 that shit is fucking gay
Tim Donaghy was right. He wasn’t the only ref. Joey Crawford for sure was doing it too
Giannis travelled and went out of bounds but sick dunk!
MiCoolong 131 he did go out but it wasn’t a travel. His first step was a gather step as he wasn’t holding the ball
He wasn't out of bounds. And even if he was it would be a defensive foul. The defender's legs are moving not steady
Strix you clearly didn’t watch the play he stepped out
Gather step but he did step out of bounce
2:26 my mans took a travel and double dribble and it counted 🤦♂️ 🤦♂️ 🤦♂️
117 dislikes from refs
2:20 Lowry kicked his leg out into the defender's column. That's an offensive foul
Still, That is Lowrys shooting form. They at least should’ve put that into consideration
3:16 is a good call
Scrolled to far down to see this
Thanks for the acid flashback at the beginning of the video.
I’m blind
I’m deaf
I WANNA BE A REF
They should add spendable replay reviews for each team. Like calling for time outs per game.
6 timeouts per game
6 fouls per player
6 call replays each team
If the call is questionable the coach can spend their replay points. This is to prevent having replays for each foul called. Limit replays to 6. Or any number.
Namsayn?
That's actually a great idea.
