I purchased this to take it with me when I travel. Since I purchased the Segway I have only ridden it 10.13 miles. For the 10 miles I did ride the scooter, it was extremely rough. I was prepping for a new trip and tried to charge the scooter and it would not charge. I reached out to Segway and here is their comment, "This is Mae from Segway Support. I'm sorry to hear about what happened. Based on what you've said, this type of damage is not covered by the limited warranty. please see the attached file for the warranty manual and warranty exclusion. Still, we can offer you a paid service, in paid service you're going to shoulder the diagnostic, shipping, and parts/repair fee. however, we are still waiting for the resume operation of the service center, but we can put you on our waiting list to be prioritized once our service center resume on operation. We will look forward to your response. Thank you and have a great day! Mae Segway "
I think this is one of the most, if not, THE most beautifully designed and polished looking electric scooter on the market. From what I have read, the issue(s) are pretty big substantial- a motor that is just not strong enough and suspension that, unless on the smoothest pavement, turns it into a very bumpy ride. If they could address these issues and retain its superb design, I’d be all over this as a purchase.
Great review. For those living outside of US, Energy-saving Mode, Standard Mode and Sport Mode with a preset speed limit of 6 km/h, 10 km/h, 15 km/h, and 20 km/h respectively. It is also IPX4 weather resistance.
That would be really cool! If you're looking for extended battery, we have recently done a review on the Ninebot E45E which has an additional battery that allows it to have a speed of 28kmph and a range of 45km! Not the same design but feel free to check it out, I have attached the link just below :) ruclips.net/video/FPxnAVlFWho/видео.html
Hi, they're both good for different things. If you're after portability, style and cool added features then the T15E is more appropriate. However if you're after battery life, speed and power then the e45e is better :)
Most males compare this design marvel with their rugged overpowered monsters. That is oranges to apples. This thing is not meant to go mountain climbing. It is meant to do the last miles if needed. not even for a daily commute, although the small size encourages it to be used in combination with public transportation. Here again just for the last mile, not as a substitute. I like the design , ordered one - can't wait to have it delivered. I hope it fills my use case.
@@khamphaTG It's a nice scooter. Good workmanship - it lasts the advertised 8-12 km, depending on power setting. the design created some flaws though. Steering is limited. That's never a problem when riding the scooter, but when trying to turn the scooter around on the spot , you have to lift the nose wheel. the rear fender switch is impractical when already riding and shifting to another gear - it can be done , but a button on the handle bar would be much easier. This scooter is made for even grounds. Asphalt, concrete. Another slight turnoff is the complicated action to lift the fold/unfold lever. You have to lift one lever to unlock the actual lever for folding, but now that lever is hard to reach since they are very close together and you have your hand there. Carrying is somewhat tricky. It is already hon the heavier side and also no real good grip there. I wheelbarrow the folded scooter when using public transportation. But it is a stylish scooter, a head turner no question.
What does everyone think of the Ninebot T15E? :)

That's horrible! 😱

Thanks Eric! :)
It’s a striking design. If it had dual motors, it would be the coolest looking, lightest weight dual motor.
I hope they come up with a 20 mph huge battery version of this. A pro model

Was expecting a more thorough review, that would cover the riding experience.
I cannot find the ambient bar customization menu in the App. Any tips on how to find it? :/
Do you have if is possible to hack and make a bit more speed?
What loading capacity can it take please?
100kg
smaler lights and biger batery in the stems
I am interested in ninebot's t15 and e45e air vehicles. In your opinion which car speed is better and battery is better?

HDTV competition sent me here.
does anyone know the battery required for this scooter i cant find a model number? i need to buy on my battery has died
That's a short life?
I really like the design, but this definitely needs thicker tires and im not a big fan of that foot break/switch/button.
Can this one ride onto hills?
It says that is can climb a max of a 15% hill incline so may struggle on steep hills.
Nails 😮😮😮
Great informative video of a fantastic scooter. I tend to believe female reviewers more.

@@hbeil Curious to know your experience with this scooter? Does it match with this review?
