🥘Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta
16 oz. penne pasta
2 chicken breast
1 tbsp. cajun seasoning
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1tbsp. dry parsley
1/2 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tbsp. old bay
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. unsalted butter
1 small onion
1/2 medium size belle pepper
4 oz. diced tomatoes
2 cups or 16 0z heavy cream
1 tbsp. garlic
4 oz of cream cheese
2 oz. chicken stock
1tbsp. chicken bouillon
1tbsp. parmesan cheese

I have always been slim/skinny so I guess I feel a little self conscious. We are our own worst enemy, I don't believe in plastic surgery but can't say I don't compare myself to others. The beauty standard has changed and with almost everyone having work done these days, society is making it harder on us regular/ordinary women. I definitely want to be better and more toned, I am trying to make more time for myself like I used to pre baby. Thank you for the kind words always! Sending you love.xoxo

If your baby is still clingy, maybe let him play in the same area you're in, so he can have eyes on you, play independently still, and to prevent putting little things in mouth.
