- This time I camped at the Druids Altar on at Ogden Kirk.
This altar stone has been a pilgrim for pagans and druids for centuries and is also the location of a peom written by Kate Bush in honour of the famous writers, the Brontë sisters.
I wild camped up on the moors right next to the druids altar with my French Bulldog, Fendy.
The noise was definitely my guylines vibrating in the wind!

So much of this! I love that you include history of the areas you visit. That's what my son and I do in many of our videos, too, so it is great seeing you do the same. It shows we're not the only historical geeks out there in the woods 🤣

I always relied on my pooch to tell me if everything was okay. If she was sleeping, it was just the wind. She'd react to animals or people coming into our space though. It's so bonkers that your pup just sleeps through it all 😂

Yea, whenever there is a spooky sound you always sit up in your tent and say “hello” to it. I would just hide under the covers until it was morning 🤣

Scariest part of camping is opening the tent door in the middle of the night when you've heard a noise outside.

My Dog Luna dog the exact same thing Findy does when u call her a slug I call it Legs No Workie lol legs no workie
I am simply fascinated with hiking paths, flagstoned, bridges, etc……I have tons of photos from my backpacking travels of all the different paths I’ve walked on. Some were wood lined where they take a huge trunk of a tree and half it, then line the path with it flat side up. I’ve also seen where they slice the tree into flat rounds, and lay them out on the path. So much fun.

The song in the beginning you said to guess was a no brainer, one of my favorite songs by a great band, RIP Dolores O'Riordan, I remember when I first heard Zombie by The Cranberries, It was the mid 90s, I had just graduated from ITT but was in a very dark place mentally, dirt poor and deep in depression and I instantly fell in love with the song. Her voice was just so great. The hair all over my body still stands on end when I listen to it, almost as if to salute such a great song, I think they call it musical frisson, ok, back to your video.
