I appreciate that you always include the text with the audio, for those of us who like to have both.

    written posthumously in 1998....
if he could have only seen what AI would become in 2023.
his visualization of this "machine" has arrived.

This is one of my favourite short stories from Dahl!! The main characters are so sleazy and yet so hilarious to follow. It's sprinkled with little comical jokes yet ends on such a horrific note. Roald Dahl had such a great way of coloring the narrative to illustrate the characters' perspective, and you read his works so well!! I really appreciate what you are doing, thank you so much for all the fantastic work!

This is a great book. It’s the first time I ever read it when I produced this AudioEbook. It’s great. I will be doing a video about it over at my other channel Book Club if you are interested. Hopefully by the middle of next week. And you are welcome, I’m glad you are enjoying the content. 😀🙏

It is scary to know that greed works so easily. That giving up our freedom to think for ourselves for money will win out .

It is scary. And this was published in 1954, way before technological automation was prevalent.

This is so far ahead of it's time. Even adjusting the language models when they first start trying to write the first story using the machine.

Amazing isn’t it? Especially with all the LLM’s that are about today. 👍

No rush, I know it is hard finding anymore Roald Dahl books, but, when do you think you can make another audiobook, I listened to 1 book and now I've listened to them all! Thank you for taking time to read this,
    Anni-Chan~

Hi Anni-chan. I have 5 more Roald Dahl books to produce. I do plan to get round to them, but they take a long time to make. But this comment will help me to get to them quicker. Glad you enjoyed the AudioEbooks 🙏

      Hi Kirk,
Thanks so so much for your reading. You've helped a lot of people enjoy reading more. I'll share your RUclips clips with my friends and their children. Btw, may I please request, if you have time in future, would you kind also read The Butler, The Umbrella Man, Katina and Vengeance Is Mine Inc., all written by Roald Dahl (collected in his book titled The Umbrella Man and other stories, published by Penguin).
      Many thanks 🙏❤️
