Ha ha. Its a weird ending isn't it? I'm nőt sure what him being inside her stomach signifies. Any idea? Yes, it certainly wasn't innocent fruit punch as they said. The poor old vicar got spiked. 🙂

Great interpretation! Good insights there Beth. I'm seeing the story in a new light. Roald Dahl often leaves the ending open to interpretation in his adult fiction. It's an interesting way of writing.
