First thing to fail the controller , all 4 went out on mine and only used the seats a handful of times, they told me to purchase new upgraded controllers that won't have that issue 600$, lol if they knew it was an issue should be free and sent out to customers who spent 6k on seats. Let's just say I won't be dealing with them when they completely fail.😊
Yep, same issue with the controller going out in one of the two chairs I purchased. Lucky I purchased the extended warranty so that covered the replacement, I just had to swap it out. Based on posts on the AVS forum this is a real issue, but none of these guys doing reviews and most likely getting free chairs seem willing to address it.

Love the videos! Hope to make it to MWAVE one of these years! Can’t support Valencia. I reached out to them with questions before purchasing. They answered the first question, then ghosted me. Even after several attempts. Seems like they only provide good support for creators.
The support I received with my failed controller after my purchase was poor in my opinion. I think you are smart to look elsewhere and would recommend seeing if you have any local options that can guarantee service if there are any issues after your purchase. I think people really need to take all these high praise reviews that content creators are putting out for them with a grain of salt. I posted earlier asking about following up with them about the pretty well documented issues with the controllers failing and my post was deleted.
I loved these chairs so much. The heated and ventilated chairs were a game changer. My next sets of seats will be Valencia. They were so premium feeling

My dream is to have a dolby atmos soundbar not a home theater set up because my home is small and I'm quite poor damn i wanna feel watching movies with dolby atmos soundbar.
