I think video's like this should be shot in portrait for social media applications then shot normally for RUclips using two different camera operators.
No need to read your customers Minds I can just tell you. Stop using so much damn plastic in the engineering of the engine compartment. I've had in three years three different incidents where plastic tubing cracked and all the coolant came out dealing with my third issue right now. On a 3-year old car. I love the BMW brand but use materials that endure.

The Phytonic Blue looks here so much better than in the official configurator. Also, the Grey Bernina in configurator looks different between 5 and 7 series. I think that 7 series’ configurator relfects this color more accurately. It’s kinda important for me, as I am planning to order the 5 by the end of this year.

würde mir mal wünschen, dass das Remote Software Upgrade überhaupt mal funktioniert. Seit Ende 2018 genau 0 mal funktioniert und eure Hotline schickt den Kunden dann zum Händler bez. des Upgrades. Daher ist es schwer zu glauben, dass ihr in den letzten beiden Wochen schonmal 500.000 Upgrades in Europa durchgeführt habt. SO wie es aussieht werde ich wohl dann im Herbst mal wieder mein Remote Software Upgrade Abo in der Werkstatt einlösen.
Ach, ja... Mit vielen der beworbenen Features wie z.B. Assisted Driving View hat man dann auch verloren, wenn man nicht den richtigen Produktionsmonat des Fahrzeuges hat.
Fazit: bad User Experience

I noticed that you have started to make the e-drive more inteligent, but you didn't mention if the car actually is aware of the route and can ensure that you have electric power while traveling to your destination and out of the electric zone.
My hybrid experience have been everything but smooth, since the car allways use up all the electricity on my commute and when i finally reach the city center, there is only gas power left unless i manually force the car to go on power while driving highway.
My normal car is 4 years old, poor F11, and i'm very sad that you treat it like an old android phone and don't do updates to the old infotainment.
Cloud based navigation sounds nice, but will the car be able to reroute if you are outside network or the cloud is offline.
Nice car.. but it is new and shiny, so i would not expect less.

i doubt anyone would finish the whole video. For ppl using a phone to watch it vertically, its unlikely they would be watching it for 13 min. for ppl using desktop, no one could standing watching this aspect ratio!

Sorry - vertical video syndrome. Really bad publicity for BMW. Almost everything is wrong in this spot. Hope the engineers where smarter than marketing. BTW you have forgotten to mention that Night Vision has been removed from the 5. Please - do you a favour and put a proper spot instead. This is embarrassing.
