Cohen was paid 375,000 as a yearly salary. The checks were for 35,000 each. Which means they were a check for monthly salary.
If that’s allegedly reimbursed that adds up to 385,000 in payments for all 11 checks.
They rounded up to 35,000 to cover any expenses that may have occurred over a month.
What makes more sense?
It’s his monthly salary that adds up to what he testified as his yearly salary?

Ms Harf neglected to relate that the Judge's comment that the defense should have objected more, came after the day ended, when the defense told Marchan, "We told you that you should have rejected this person as a witness." (paraphrased). Secondly, Marchan sustained almost all of the prosecution's objections, and overruled almost all of the defense's.
Maria, the Trump team objected immediately before the testimony. The judge let this in and if you want objections, that’s all the prosecutors do every two seconds or the judge does it for them.
