@@JOHNWAYNE1920People are lining up to hand Cadillac their wallets. Makes more sense to buy a used low mileage platinum and have a sports car on the side.
I enjoyed the video but I’m confused by some of the comments. Did people think Cadillac was going to lower the price? These vehicles have always been more expensive than the average car. Everyone is entitled to their opinions but if a reviewer takes the time to make a video about a vehicle, you can pretty much expect it to be out of reach for the average person.
Pretty much covered everything. Very nice! I have a 23 Premium Luxury Platinum in the Galactic Grey Metallic color with the Radiant Package and Love It! After 2 years I can't think of anything I do not like about it. I use the Night Vision and Fridge all the time. The 36 speaker AKG sound system puts you inside the band! I find ways to take it for a for a drive and use the Super Cruise. No trip is too long. Nice Job!
Great video. However, the second row needs a power shade. And also, you forgot to mention that the 2nd row can have power messaging seats also. And power opening and closing door are another option
Had a 2007 Escalade back on 2008. It was dark blue, loaded, 22" wheels etc. It had 15,000 miles on it and I bought it for $42,000 out the door. 2 guys in suits delivered it to my house and took my STS Caddy trade in away. 16 ish years later these are now $125,000+? A blue collar guy cant afford luxury vehicles anymore. I guess theres a sucker for every seat.
Now 100k dollar pick up trucks are a different story those I will buy as an investment because I use them to work and make more money than the trucks cost.
@@JOHNWAYNE1920 These people with no money certainly love trying to tell us what’s a good investment 😂 didn’t know I was buying this car for a investment. I planned on driving it not flipping it.
2021-2024 is the best looking Escalade interior and exterior wise. It going to be hard for Cadillac to make it better. I feel like they made it a little worse specially the interior. Don’t get me wrong this is better than everything out there
I have no plans to own any full size SUV, but I was stoked when they revealed the 2021 model year designs for all 3 brands. They nailed the look for all of them. The refreshes for the Yukon and Escalade are a slight regression, in my opinion.
@@broad405 nope, this looks way more expensive and opulent than the outgoing model. The attention to detail on this refresh with the prominent Cadillac crest shaped grille now accented by an LED it can’t be appreciated in videos and photos. You’ll have to see the new Escalade in person to understand the design has gone up a few calibers.
That is not a sport model that is a premium luxury platinum model. On the sport/sport platinum model all of that satin finish trim you were speaking of would be gloss black. Is either a sport model or a premium luxury model or a sport platinum or premium luxury platinum. There is no model called sport luxury
Satin is chrome. If you want to do car reviews don't interject personal opinions " I don't like chrome", "I'm not a fan of big wheels". You alienate a portion of your audience for no reason.
this the only exterior that should come on an escalade. i'm ok with preminum luxury too i guess but the sport should not exist, its an escalade... a status symbol, meant to be flashy not subdued if you want blacked out go buy a suburban RST or LT and black that out.
Hold on. So you have to go to a menu to save seat settings. Geez, my wife would hate this vehicle so badly 😅. Honestly, it makes no sense. What was Cadillac thinking?
Gm does it perfectly they have 3 versions of this suv the Chevy which is simple has small screens then the Yukon with slightly more fancy interior and slightly bigger screens then the caddilac that goes all out
All that was changed was the front end and dash. Those screens will need to be touched 50 times eventually to turn off or on i know because my kids use them as a grab handle to get out and on long trips you cant see anything past those giant screens also if you’re in the back you cant see out the side windows and there is no tethers for child seats. Wtf GM. Lincoln Navi got it right with all of this. The screens need to be able to be hidden in any vehicle for traveling reason and little children like to grab them.
Sir nobody cares that we have to hold the power third row buttons down. They’re the quickest moving seats in the industry. The one-touch buttons take forever to adjust the seats, move really slow. Not sure which brand you’re from to where you point this out on almost every video.
He's saying that because in the luxury class, everything is perceived to be one-touch. But yes, the seats are quick and I don't see an issue, because how often throughout the day are you going to be adjusting the seats.
Unreliable piece of junk. Don't be fooled by looks. The engines are crap and don't even last 50,000 miles. I have one and all my limo driver friends have one and we always have to go to the dealership to get something fixed
The Ultimate Escalade Is The V
💯💯💯
100percent you right
The ultimate escalade joke is the V. It does nothing well. I'd rather have a standard escalade and a sports car in my garage.
One badass vehicle

Cool comment !!!
I would like the night vision feature to display on the windshield.
Cadillac sells more Escalades than all other SUV sellers combined. So of course they’re going to raise the price up a little bit just like Apple does.

It would take me over a year to learn how all those gadgets work. When does the fun in driving come in?
$126,000 today in five years it's worth $50k bad bad investment !
Cars are not investments. The fact you don't know this tells me everything.

I appreciate the 6.2 liter ecotec V-8 and prefer the ESV version

2025 Escalade is absolutely stunning! I really like the small changes to the exterior. The love the new interior.
Thanks
Sir please tell me like this option but 2wd how much price?????
How does this compare to the Wagoneer ? Fit and finish
A million times better. Jeep is at the bottom of automotive reliability and quality
@@JoshuaOverman Looks better, too. I like the front of the Wagoneer, but the rest of it looks like a shipping container
@@_zoid- the Wagoneers butt ugly
Why not carpet for the lower part of the doors or even allure. Cadillac used to have carpet on the doors.
At this price point, hard plastic is ridiculous. Even some cheap faux leather would be better.
Too much going on in the front,, previous design was better and more clean
I agree. I dont like of the extra thin n long headlight strip and all that extra shine is too much. The last design was perfect and elegant

The new Escalade and Yukon look like cartoony versions of the previous designs. Everything is kind of.. exaggerated, and not in a good way.
I LOVE CHROME. Who ever dont like chrome, dont have a good taste.
Wish GMC denali ultimate used the satin chrome vs the ugly Vader chrome.
