I found your video in December after having decided to go to a digital format for lesson plans. It took me a while to get GoFormative since my district blocks everything. Today I was able to successfully merge my Doc and my Form!! Thank you for the easy tutorial! I cannot wait to do this with other things, not just lesson plans!
i really liked your idea and walk through....your explanation and patience is just what i needed to get something going.....from Malaysia, thanks again. Today i have an idea how to prepare lesson plans via google Calendar but it lacks what you've shown here.....sure hope one day they could integrate these functions . Thanks again
This is awesome and exactly what I was looking for! Thanks! I do have a question, though. I'm trying to create a template for NGSS Earth Science Lessons. The standards are divided into three major topics (Space, Earth, & Human Impact) and those topics each have sub-standards. Can you think of a way to select one major topic and then be able to choose from those sub-standards only? For example, I could choose the "Earth" topic and then be able to choose the sub-standard about identifying rock type...I will tinker with this myself but I figured I would open the question up to the internet.
@@lambandhalfgoat9957 Yes, Open the Form Publisher and click on the question that you would like to make bullet pointed and it will let you. If you can't find it let me know and I will do a quick video to show it.
@@caryfulgham19 Thanks again for the response! I am having a problem finding that option on the form publisher. Can you tell me under what option that will allow me to format the inputs in bullet points?
Wow! Just wow! Thank you so much.

Unfortunately Form Publisher doesn't seem to be available in the Chrome Store. Any other suggestions for a different extension to use?

@@caryfulgham19 Thanks! I'm playing with it too. I'm curious to see what you come up with.

Thank you for the video! I was wondering if there is a way to enter the TEKS (checkbox answers) in separate lines?
Do you want them on seperate lines in your doc when it is created?
@@caryfulgham19 Yes! like bullet points
