Manuel's challenging himself a lot too to play all these live lol I wonder what he'd personally consider the hardest section to play off of the new album. I'm excited to see Unprocessed as the opener for Periphery soon. It's gonna be dope
@@wavewithus4081I really respect him for that . I wonder as well . Most of what he does is hard for most people so it's probably something we wouldn't expect . I'm going to the show in Cologne . 😊. I'm really excited too ! ❤

Let me tell you! I always liked Unprocessed but this new album is my new favorite album and I did not expect that to happen. It's a masterpiece gentlemen
Tom morello in 91? I thought his sound was killer, and what he did simplifying zeppelin riffs. Something I never even thought of. My idea was if you play classic play exactly as good or better than original. Nobody did that back then. They would play main riff, then half ass everything else. Later on bands were playing closer to original, basically cover bands
Duuuuuude the 8 string solo is so fucking firrrrrre. Also, the pick in the hand while thumping and then sliding it out to switch to picking was smooth asf
@@D.Ku_03 Look at his right hand. If you are a competent guitarist seeing the mimicry and speeding up is blatant. If you aren't? Just after my birthday! Thank you for the unexpected release of a FULL instrumental song, Manuel. Just what I wished for! * and of course it is beautifully NUTS \m/ ... EDIT: I have to admit, you made me drop some tears. :')
This isnt the full version and it isnt instrumental, its a song from his band (Unprocessed)'s new album and it has TIM HENSON AND SCOTT LEPAGE FROM POLYPHIA
@@giorgiobertoldo Wat? No need to clarify any of that. Nevertheless, it's a complete song from beginning to end (not a few secs - 1 min riff) in his channel, and it's an instrumental version ;-D I know about his band and that collaboration. Thanks.
Compliment - Love the variety of techniques, chord voicings present in the song. Great composition. Constructive Critique - If you use your right hand in an alternate angle you can play those 12th fret distance harmonics on the intro much easier without having to "point" at the notes. Think of playing it more like a keyboard rather than guitar for that part. It is a challenge to get it right but I like to compare it to the old school keytar in the 80s.
I have never in my life listened to an entire album and not found one song I don't like in it. That changed two days ago when I listened to your new album. Every song is unbelievable, I haven't stopped listening to this album for two whole days. Thank you for making music!

The way he taps, its just so unique. Ive never seen someone tap and lok so tense and relaxed at the same time. Hes crazy
They are tapped harmonics

the switch to the 8 string was smooth man!
That 8-string guitar tone has grit and bite to it. I like the way it tries to clash with the lower frequencies.
Th einterface in the background fighting for its damn life during the chugs hahaha
Can’t get the opening riff out of my head 😊
Since 1991, Tom Morello was my guitar god. Manuel takes that title. Watching you work is life saving. Makes us feel alive inside.

this album is the perfect mix of the old and new Unprocessed!
also wonder how will manuel play this live with the guitar switch and pick/thumbing🤔
Probably the same way Tim plays chimera live
i can still hear the lyrics what the hell this is truly the best gift i could get for christmas thank you!
Thought the same thing. Brain playing tricks.
Loving the album!
I really like how we can still hold his pick even when he switches to thumping.
Great Channeling of Mr. Abasi. Well done !
omggg Glass or Abysm next please! have been obsessed with the new album
Does he play slap as well? That was sick asf. Also, that Ibanez!!!! Damn man. I play Bass on a Ibanez. But that 8 string is sexy asf.
TBH...I laughed hard after I saw his facial reaction at the end😂...manuellll!!!!!!!!!
My God
Absolute legend

Tus tapping armonicos estan a otro nivel 👏❤
Bro imagine a edit with Tim and Scott in the video, it already went hard asf that would just add fuel to the flame
I am so ready to see Unprocessed live this upcoming February
This whole album is sooooo f*kin' good ever. Every track goes insane, dude.
present you prize of Best album of the year
1:27 not only do you need god-skill guitar playing, you need to know sleight-of-hand tricks to switch from pick to finger/thumping 😭😭
Manuel, that tapping intro is sooo damn good. Is that a pitch shift for the last bend note? Every one in the band is 190 out of a 100, blows my mind
yeah has to be, he doesnt actually bend it
Fuuuhhh. The chugging part was one of the Meshuggahist chugs I've ever heard. Super sick! 🔥🔥🤙🤙
This whole albums fucks EXTREMELY hard. See you in Virginia in the spring!
That tapping is crazy. Very unique
