      @@Soccerreviewsforyou Blisters are from just your skin not being strong enough, and the impact injuries are from bad technique, weak natural foot strength, and not progressing your natural foot strength, but rather rushing it too much. Like literally though, why would one need a padding for every day activities when us humans have natural foot strength? It’s just that we’re used to padding since we start walking, which leads to foot weakness and improper biomechanics.

      @@nabranestwistypuzzler7019 no you chop, impact injuries will be caused by the stud pressure points without a buffer as you run. unless your technique is flying there's no technique that'll stop that. the padding on higher end stud boots will have a net like structure under the insole to distribute the pressure, not that much of a problem on blades though.

    I used to use my Synthetic ACE 16.1s without insoles. They had a tacky rubberized texture which was comfortable enough on natural grass (had to use the insoles on AG). Also, I like my leather boots tight, so I usually get the fit I want without the insoles, then break them in until the leather stretches enough for me to put the insoles back in.

      2 reasons generally. If they tape their ankles, which a lot of players do, not having any hair on the lower part of your legs is ideal. Some reason could be that the cleats are too tight on your feet. Another is that the vapor 11s are a thin cleat so there is not very much protection or cushion for the in sides of your feet when kicking and shooting the ball.

      Steven Smith I get from where you’re coming from because I used to do the same thing but with Superflys, when I wore 2 socks I would feel it but I just thought it was the flywire cables that made my feet hurt

    hi josh! how cushioned are the currex insoles? i'm planning to get the low....

    • @Soccerreviewsforyou
      @Soccerreviewsforyou  6 лет назад

      The extra support that you wouldn't normally have is what's most noticeable over regular insoles. Because of that, they feel a lot more heavily cushioned than they actually are.

    Josh, my main theory is that I believe that the insoles are removed bc they wear custom orthotics. I have seen things like this before in my time in sports med. My second theory is that they are removed to dry faster. I have played without insoles before and i can validate that it allows you to have a thicker sock and different foot-to-ground feel. I enjoy your passion for boots bro.

      It would depend on what type of fit and feel that you're looking for. Also how much you're looking to spend.

      I use custom insoles and have puma kings for soft ground and addidas copa mundial for hard ground. Youd have to try them on with the insoles though
