    Ever since I started trying to get better at counter-strike, I’ve been intrigued by the idea of working with a coach. But I always felt like it wouldn’t be worth it for a lower skilled player like myself. Like won’t I just get better if I play more? Isn’t it kind of embarrassing to spend money on something I actively suck at? I’m not sure why exactly I’ve made these judgments. After all, hiring a coach or tutor is an accepted practice for novices in all sorts of hobbies and activities - so why not competitive video games? After waffling for a bit, I decided it would be easier to justify this to myself by making content out of it, so here we are.

    Practicing death Match with a deagle has been really helpful. As the players are not bots so this helps with accuracy.

      Building confidence to sometimes "just peek" really helps with countering 4/5 man T executes, the goal isn't too get an ace but to drop 1 and maybe if you have good aim or gamesense that day you get 1 more or some damage, this should be enough to allow fellow CT to retake the site. Had to grind from about 9k to now 15k and my #1 complaint about teammates is not taking the fight on THEIR terms and often letting enemies util/peek you. Countering the 5 man tec-9/mac-10 rounds is super important in non-5-stack premier.

      @@screamingmute8256 you would be mad to care about elo right now. Everyone I know is losing a lot due to spin bots in prem and wallers with aim bot. The game is a mess.

    Your videos have been, and will always be my favourite! :D I feel personally attacked by what Pienix says as I am guilty of so many of the things he picks you up on lol! Keep doing what you're doing, I love the content x

    Whenever I feel like my aim is bad for the day, I always jump into deathmatch and deagle only. If I play casual, I simply just get the deagle the first rounds and I'm right back hitting those shots

    The nade lineup you are doing on mid isn't bad as they can boost there. Try the same lineup with a molly instead.

    Maybe this player was simply conditionned by too many matches on premiere matchmaking
    On premiere, people on the other side are sooo incredibly lucky when you watch a smoke, for some mysterious reason.

    Who even is this guy... He tells him to hold mid on an angle where it's a common spam spot and he even asks him ''what if they counter spam'' and he says ''well don't spam''. Like that's a common spam spot regardless if you spammed the smoke or not. Sure he has good points, but a lot of those points are ''Bro advice''

    • @filipstojkovic2710
      @filipstojkovic2710 7 месяцев назад +7

      Not really, check their videos he is giving very good tips and he is trying to make him more confident, if u smoke something they cant see you but its not a wall they can push the smoke btw the bad thing is that he wants to teach him everything fast and i dont kbow much much time they have with coaching

      He’s definitely not a bad coach, but not everybody would mesh well with his coaching style. He is very blunt and tells you everything you’re doing wrong while also providing valuable information/knowledge, others may prefer a bit softer coaching where the coach tries to build you up more. Personally I like his rougher coaching style a lot, reminds me of my wrestling coach lol.
