Ever since I started trying to get better at counter-strike, I’ve been intrigued by the idea of working with a coach. But I always felt like it wouldn’t be worth it for a lower skilled player like myself. Like won’t I just get better if I play more? Isn’t it kind of embarrassing to spend money on something I actively suck at? I’m not sure why exactly I’ve made these judgments. After all, hiring a coach or tutor is an accepted practice for novices in all sorts of hobbies and activities - so why not competitive video games? After waffling for a bit, I decided it would be easier to justify this to myself by making content out of it, so here we are.

This is one of the best series on youtube, honestly. Mad respect for just putting yourself out there for everyone to see and helping us all improve with realistic and real-world examples to the average player.

要使AD搜點法, 以這個角度為例子, 要先到左邊, 調整角度(斜的), 在按D 橫移搜點
2:25 暴露在多個槍線上
這邊他要清2道(long), 第一點看到1道沒人, 但是在清2道的時候需要橫移, 結果暴露在1道的槍線上
正確的方法是
a. 調整橫拉的角度, 避免暴露多重槍線
b. 打完直接移動離開1道槍線, 而不是移回準心去看1道
(暴露時間長, 以及過大的預瞄_crosshair placement)
打完2道直接移動往2道走, 佔領2道 或是, 預瞄橫移看1道
7:02 對面經濟局_默認架槍
可以2~3個在L位 (elbow)加交叉, 1一個架A大 一個架B門, 等警察來送. 架半天沒人再爆蛋進A
9:35 中路閃的時機, 這個人丟早了 (正確: 隊友到了L位再丟)
我們的狀況是, 張要加練右邊出生點的中門煙
有時候出中路時菸還沒有爆開, 會被中門CT打, 或是預瞄好抽過路費
10:38 暴露槍線的時間跟移動方式
這邊這個人call要轉A, 此時CT最有可能回防路線是CT, (先不管為什麼不是donut)
他的問題是CT是open的, 他不應該暴露在CT的槍線上, 而且又W往前移動.
他可以走向甜甜圈, 或是temple. 或是直接架住CT. 但是就是不要在上面走著搜點
至於壓過前面這個見仁見智啦, 教練是說高手回防的速度會必較快, 壓過去會死
12:19 亂看跟交叉火力
1. 確定敵人在CT後交了火, 短時間內不能走出temple, 不該看temple, 應該繼續看CT跟換位置
2. 交叉火力這邊他是大角度邊, 應該要等隊友開槍後再拉, 不應該先去露給出1v1的機會
09:07 2道的影子, 看到影子再動就可以架邊邊開槍了. 或是異常專注的架
他架太開了而且架高了一點. 偏偏對手又蹲下. 裂開

Best thing about this intro is knowing I'll get to listen to it again later in the demo.
Whenever you think you're getting destroyed, look at or think about what they saw. It was most likely an easy shot for them. This is also a good way to substitute tilt for improvement.
Keep it up xbox! I believe in you. Be more aware about the space (angles) you are exposed to and I think you will take a lot of arguments from your great coach 😀💪

Is it just me or are lower level lobbies more difficult? The unpredictability of low elo players throws me off so bad 😂
For the mid flashes shouldn't the second one go over the right side of the roof rather than in the same place?
I feel like I remember him telling me not to throw flashes over the other side
@@xboxlasagne I think it depends what you want to do with them, if they land over the other side it will always blind people that jump doughnut and then try to peek afterwards even if they haven't fully swung out yet, but I am guessing they might not be as effective if people are wide swinging down mid. I would have to hop into a warmup server to check it all again tbh.

Grouping up and trading kills has to be the most low riak high reward idea and yet alot of players cant seem to figure it out. Its almost like people dont actually think they are just walking around clicking stuff. People really need to learn how to think

@@celebrate__ i believe it's more than 1st clip - i remember in previous (very first) videos pienix told not to do so, so i'm curious
I think its because you are basically defenceless in this moment and an easy target. You can not shoot back properly because you are moving and have the moving inaccuracy, and counter-strafing backwards is hard. And you are an easy target because moving towards the enemy is like not moving at all from their perspective. Moving left/right is making you hard to hit, they need to track you with their mouse. Moving forward towards them they dont need to adjust the crosshair at all.

at 9:50 when hes telling you to delay your flashes - not always the best advice as early flashes can mess up CT utility in mid/prevent them from mollying/smoking properly
