Doesn't the water become pressurized when filling it up *only* if you leave the large pressure cap screwed on *during* the fill-up?
In other words, you left the cap off to see when you were done filling....because of that, there was no pressure in the tank when you screwed the cap back on, correct?

Ok so will these spray nozzle contraptions secure to the camper or will they need to be taken off during travel?

They should be taken off when traveling but they are super quick to remove and re attach!
