Another tip for long term gaming (coming from an fps player) is to try and grab your mouse as relaxed as possible. gripping hard will absolutely destroy your playing arm/wrist/hand over a long period of time. If it is specifically your wrist that hurts try moving your mouse using more of your arm and only use your wrist for small corrections. Other factors can relate to wear and tear as well like how your mouse feels in your hand, where on your desk you rest your arm, your overall sensitivity (high sense wears on your wrist more). I would recommend simple warm ups every time you plan on playing for a while (basically start by moving your mouse slow and gradually speed up your mouse movements over 3-5 minutes). As someone that also battles arm pain from gaming I find these incredibly helpful to reduce pain (it also help aim) :)
I also play a lot of FPS, personally I’d add that grip strengtheners or some form of hand stretch/exercise helps a lot. Keeps all the muscles in your hand and wrist strong and flexible so less stress on tendons and other less durable parts.
The little known fact about temple of healing is that it works like the healing spring and not like a healing unit (priest, pharaoh, caladria, etc). That means that if you put 2 temples together it basically doubles the healing rate even on 1 unit
Hmm, no? Little known fact, Ippert was mistaken about that and fixed it in his new encyclopedia and tooltips. Just no one bothers to update the wiki, which was and still is wrong. (a) Healing spring heals *all (!)* units in 10 range for 3 HP/s while idle or 0.3 HP/s while active (on EE increased to 4 HP/s and 0.4 HP/s, respectively). (b) Temple of healing allows each temple to heal *1 (one)* unit in line of sight (max 15 range) by 20 HP/s while idle or 2 HP/s while active. ...each Temple acts exactly as a healing unit (priest, pharaoh, caladria, etc), and like before a unit can only be healed by the heal action of one healer unit/building. If you task a second healer on a target, the first one stops. So if you have 2 temples next to each other, they heal exactly 2 targets at any time - but no more and also not both the same target. ...this is because all healing units (including temples) share the heal . Other area of effect heals like healing spring and restoration are not limited by this because they work differently.
ggwp, but sad to hear that Boit, yes this is a really bad experience. When i was working my wrist was paining. I bought wrist & palm support brace, and it really helped. These are blue elastic compression straps, definitely try them. Also warming is important, try to do warming before start, everytime i go fitness, people always recommending to warm up the wrists, cuz we are holding and lifting heavy items. Also this depends on your mouse model, make sure your mouse is not like a obese rat. Your mouse shall have some cuted place in side, so your thumb go there and your palm will be more closed. Idk how to explain that... Also some people hold the mouse without their elbows touching to table. Make sure to place your elbows on your table. Also definitely there are oils for wrist, my grandma was using for years, so that means they are effective too, consider oils. Lastly make sure to villager rush in this tournament to finish the game fast :D :D
As someone who is a programmer and a gamer with carpal tunnel syndrome: having a proper ergonomic keyboard and mouse (vertical) made a huge difference to me. Vertical mouse takes some getting used to but it helped me a lot. I rarely use any wrist protection anymore.
boit! If you have carpal tunnel, please get an ergonomic mouse. I used to get a lot of wrist pain when I was editing for 15 hours at a stretch. I switched to an ergonomic mouse and it went away.
Iirc, here I didn't have the food. Having to farm. I know he has to farm as well here which, in this matchup means, his eco will be too big for me to catch-up to if I rush mythic. So I just played this one safer and went for TCs and playing for the late game.
@Oytunheim No 😊 actually it's that my laptop heats up after a while, don't know what to do,also can't purchase pc again bcoz bought laptop last year
@@wacky4391 Where do you live? I think i still have a laptop cooler that Oytunheim is referring to. Your laptop sits on it and it blows the the heat away from it or blows air onto it i can't remember. Anyway it has a fan built into it. I would give it to you for free if i can find it and you want to pay for shipping. I've never played AOM on laptop. I need the function keys F1, F2, F3, and then 1, 2, 3, etc. because that's how i set up my hot keys. Anyways I bought a MSI trident 3 a few years ago. It's a great little computer about the size of a playstation or xbox and it looks nice, Ithat's why i bought it. I actually have mine hooked up to my tv and play with a wireless mouse and keyboard on a homemade lapboard i built. I sit on my couch and play on my 65" OLED TV. You don't really need a lot of power or GPU to play AOM at least not the original 2 games AOM vanilla and Titans. My MSI trident 3 only has a 1660 super GPU and 16 GB of RAM I can play pretty much everything on it. I can even use a PS4, PS5, or Xbox controller for other games. I highly recommend them because of the size and versatility. It's basically the best of both worlds PC and console. You can pick up used ones fairly cheap.
@@AchillesWrath1 oh! Thanks for your consideration 😊.but I think fan is fine,it is processor which produces a lot of heat than normal .also bcoz i live in India ,it is pretty hot surrounding. And about the cooler, i heard it is not good for laptop . i searched and found it is not pricey but still don't want to give it a try.

Yeah, i get you, i don't play too much aom but i do get that same feeling on the wrist. And you also play piano. Hope it gets better
Good game. I see sometimes you do 1 tc hera vs oranos but here you did 3 tc heph. What prompts the different strategies?
