  • Just a quick note here in 2023 as this video gets more and more views each year I'm disabling comments because:
    1. My flower food recipe is not public and I won't be publishing it, that's my choice and I'm happy to suggest a readily available product to use that is easy to find and use.
    2. I highly recommend Chrysal products both steps 1 and 3 are extremely effective products for hydration and floral designs after design. Step 3 is available as sachets of powder all over the place now, even on Amazon.
    3. Most of the comments these days are about how I made my food, I don't make it anymore and the recipe is not available. In response to no answer to these comments, people have added all sorts of homemade flower food suggestions from sugar, asprin, bleach, Sprite, pennies and a bunch of other unusual things. I don't believe these work with any regularity for people, I'm sure there are many folks who have had some success using their version but like everything with flowers, it's all subjective and dependent on a lot of different factors. I don't think it's a great idea to try these suggestions on flowers, as cost have risen over the years and more people trying DIY flowers-the potential for ruining expensive flowers is high.

Roses | Sad Rose | Happy Rose // Have you ever bought a perfect bunch of roses only to get them home and they become sad and wilted? Don’t put up with it! Rejuvenating tired looking, cut roses at home can be easy. Watch me work with tips and tricks and make those sad roses, happy roses.
Warning This tip is only for roses. Do not try this on other flowers. It’s Monday night and the Bachelor is on - Roses and Rose, with literal happy roses after this trick. Start this “how to revive” prior to the episode and your wilted roses will be looking better before “after the final rose.“ These wedding roses will last.
