    I'm putting these words down in hopes that at least one person out there can offer some support. My journey has been marked by toxic relationships, a tumultuous upbringing, and a constant battle with my own mental and emotional well-being. When I made the move abroad, everything seemed to intensify. Panic attacks became a daily struggle, leading me to seek medical help, undergo multiple ECGs, and even consider physical therapy, convinced there was something physically wrong with my heart. But the pain persisted, exacerbated by the challenges of everyday life. Resorting to painkillers became a desperate attempt to cope.
    The year 2023 was perhaps the lowest point in my life. However, towards the end of that year, I made a decision that would change everything-I started therapy. It wasn't an instant fix, but it was undoubtedly the best choice I've ever made. I'm still on the journey to healing, but therapy has given me insights into myself that I never thought possible.

    As a person who hv experienced panic attack I can well suggest deviating your thoughts to something interesting can give great relief.. I hv tried this and it works!!!Yourself or your dear ones can help you with this

    Very happy to see Zaileshia in this program. I liked her clarity in Midukki program. Midukki was one milestone program that impacted the thought process and outlook of Malayali girls and she played a significant role in that.

    Dhanya, hats off to you and Zaileshia for bringing this out in the open. Super proud of you both. Guess what the irony is - no one takes it seriously, especially where we come from. You shouldn't have mental issues they say and label you as abnormal, if you do.
    We need to talk about this more and educate people, rather than suppressing it or brushing it aside assuming it doesn't matter. Because it does. Alot.

Imagination ൽ പലതിനെക്കുറിച്ചും പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് ഓരോരോ രോഗങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടോയെന്നു നോക്കി ഉത്കണ്ഠപ്പെടുന്നു. മനസ്സ് അസ്വസ്ഥമായി.2020 Lockdown time ലാണ് എനിക്ക് ഉത്കൺഠ കൂടിയത്.Cancer, heart attack, Kidney Diseases, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Road accidents, അങ്ങനെ ഏതെങ്കിലും സംഭവിക്കുമോ എന്നൊക്കെ ഭയം. ചെറിയൊരു abdominal cramp വന്നാൽ പോലും anxious ആകും. ഉടനെ പോയി blood test ചെയ്യും. ഇങ്ങനെ വല്ലാത്ത അവസ്ഥ അനുഭവിക്കുന്നവർക്കേ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് മനസ്സിലാകൂ. അത്രയ്ക്ക് അസ്വസ്ഥതയാണ്.Daily routines തന്നെ തെറ്റും.എല്ലാത്തിനോടും വിരക്തി, സന്തോഷമില്ലാത്ത അവസ്ഥ.ഒരു നഴ്‌സ്‌ ആയിട്ട് കൂടി ഞാൻ ഗൂഗിൾ search ചെയ്ത് രോഗങ്ങൾ നോക്കും.അതേ പോലെ phobia.. എസ്‌കലേറ്റർ ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങുമ്പോൾ heartbeat കൂടും. Mall ൽ പോകുമ്പോൾ ഞാൻ മാത്രം steps use ചെയ്യും. പലരും ചിരിക്കും. പക്ഷേ അതിലൂടെ കടന്നു പോകുന്നവർക്ക് മാത്രമേ മനസ്സിലാകൂ. Anxiety, Phobia, Panic attack മൂന്നും അനുഭവിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. എനിക്ക് ഇതിൽ ഏറ്റവും എന്നെ അസ്വസ്ഥമാക്കുന്നത് anxiety ആണ്. Health anxiety ആണ്. Google, yutube ൽ രോഗങ്ങൾ തിരയുമ്പോൾ വീണ്ടും tension.ആദ്യമൊക്കെ anxiety peak ൽ എത്തുമ്പോൾ വീട്ടുകാർക്ക് മനസ്സിലായില്ല. ദേഷ്യപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇത്തരം anxiety കൊണ്ട് nursing field വിട്ട് മറ്റൊരു course ചെയ്തു.പക്ഷേ ഇപ്പോൾ parents, husband ഒക്കെ മനസ്സിലാക്കി കൂടെ നിൽക്കുമ്പോൾ മനസ്സിന് സമാധാനം കിട്ടും. Prayer, music, TV shows ഒക്കെ കാണുമ്പോൾ relaxed ആകും.ഒറ്റയ്ക്ക് ഇരിക്കാതിരിക്കുന്നതാണ് ഏറ്റവും നല്ലത്.2020 മുതൽ ഇങ്ങനെ ഇടയ്ക്ക് വരുമെങ്കിലും ഞാൻ മനസ്സിനെ നിയന്ത്രിച്ചു happy ആകും. ഇത്തരം അവസ്ഥകളിലൂടെ കടന്നു പോകുന്നവർക്ക് സന്തോഷം ലഭിക്കട്ടെ. ഇങ്ങനെ ഉള്ള interview ൽ ഈ ഒരു subject എടുത്തതിനു നന്ദി 🙏🏾❤️. ഇനിയും Mental Health related videos പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.       I am glad you shared what I am going through after covid,always worried abt my health and getting worried. I have one more thing which is getting myself tested,I am extremely scared of getting ecg or such scanning done. Anxious abt hospital procedures also. It’s really difficult to deal with this, but through prayer I am managing.

    Hai dhanya mam, i am a victim of panic attack or dissorder mental condition since 3yr she is 100percent right, i am doing cinematography job back years but noe i cant travel more alone bcs of this i am stuck totally. But i trying to selflearn for better, mam pls ask her what activity or medicine heal this perfectly

Now concentrating on psychological sessions,always interested. What I realised from this episode is am an anxious person. I have all the symptoms Dr told . 😂😂 People around me is fed up of explaining and reassuring. I have shared this video to one of my friends as well who has high level of anxiety including panic attack. She has told me once that she would die if that!! My daughter has phobia,I realise..she used to get stressed on imagined situations, somewhat like me! She is only 12. Waiting for next episode dt discusses about OCD. My daughter has mild OCD ,I doubt.

    Can you all make some happier videos. These videos on depression, phobia etc are more depressing then the cure being taught. Social media is saturated with these depressing videos and everybody on the planet is a Dr. Teach the philosophy of antinatalism. Problems solved.
