- 8-year-old David Spisak has passed away from leukemia just months after finding true love. His mom shared the sad news on Facebook, "Our little man's last moments were lying with his mommy and daddy in the middle of the night with a house full of family, friends and loved ones after 5 days of being surrounded by love." David battled cancer for 7 years and was lucky to have found, 7-year-old Ayala. Many believed that they were too young to know what love is, the couple though otherwise. #InsideEdition

Cancer will unfortunately always exist because of how simple the concept is. Cancer as you know develops because cells reproduce and must die off, but cancer starts when a cell doesn’t want to die so it keeps itself alive, even though it would do harm to the body if it’s spread. Usually other cells will take care of cells that want to live but sometimes they don’t, which starts cancer. The cells that want to live reproduce into more copy’s of that cell that wants to live, it takes over the body and it’s very hard to treat. Rebelling cells can happen whenever and unfortunately will never go away.
I wish cancer wasn't real cancer is what took my grandpa when I was only 7 I didn't even get to tell him how much I love one last time before he died I just want to go back and see him one last time but I know when I go to heaven I will get to see him again.😌

Poor kid. He was only eight and he couldn't even live long from leukaemia and the girl must be heartbroken. That kid didn't even get life to the fullest. And months after he found his true love he dies which is horrible. If the girls not too disappointed, then she must know that he is happy where he is and that he is in a safe place now. RIP David. Never forgotten, never alone. 😭💔💔💔😭

I fell in love with my Husband when I was 14. I told my mother I was going to marry him. She told me to stop thinking that way. I am 57 now and I am still with him. The heart knows at any age. This is the sweetest story. He did have the love of his life and she knows what it's like to be loved to the end. Many people do not experience that. It's a true love story.
