Ingredients
Egg White-of 2 eggs
(Room Temperature )
Lemon Juice-1/2 -1 tbsp
Garlic-1/4portion of 1clove
pepper powder-2pinch
Salt-
Sugar-2pinch
Oil-1/2cup
Method
In a small jar add, egg white, salt, sugar, pepper powder, garlic, lemon juice ..
Whip well..
Then add 1/4 cup of oil and whip ..
Then finally add 1/4 cup more .. Whip..
Then will get the perfect mayo.
Adjust the seasonings ...
If u want u can add Italian seasonings and dijon mustard paste ..

Today I tried out your mayonnaise using white of the egg.As u said I followed all your instructions and did it it small quantity.The product came out well and I was so happy.A few days back I tried another recipe with a full egg.But it didnt come out in mayonnaise texture and I had to throw the full thing.1 cup oil and 1 egg all wasted.Thank you Ma'm for such an easy recipe.Looking forward more of your recipes.

Chechiii.. ഇന്നലെ കുഴിമന്തി try ചെയ്തു നോക്കി ഒരു recipe കിട്ടിയപ്പോൾ.. അതിനു കൂട്ടായി mayonnaise വേണമല്ലോ.. ചേച്ചിടെ mayonnaise recipe ആണ് try ചെയ്തേ.. perfect ആയിട്ട് കിട്ടിട്ടോ.. ഒരു കൺഫ്യൂഷനും ഇല്ലാത്ത perfect recipe..
