I actually recognize the game engine of the game made at 9:00. That is made with an engine for making fnaf games called FNAF Engine/FNAF Maker. It is a game that's supposed to be a way to make fan games without learning how to code in clickteam. It's definitely made as a starting point for fangame creation before you learn a new engine.
