I'm only in 6 min... you actually want the cooling system to hold pressure (as coolant gets hot / expands) to raise the boiling point. I'm sure you know, so I'm assuming there was some type of cooling down period before you opened the cap. If not, then something is not sealing the system. Back to the video... oh, I'd love to have the current wiring / clean engine bay look that you have.
