i was doing 45-60 fps not stable after do all in this video same thing, 45-60 not stable.. 1660 ti ryzen 5 3600 16 gb ram i think is impossible get 60 fps stable, the first problem is the emulator for me..

in the rpcs3 fps counter it shows i have 20 fps. but in nvidia fps counter it shows 60 fps. this is because lossless scaling is applied after rpcs3 and before nvidia fps counter. so thats why rpcs3 shows up as 20 and nvidia as 60

if game crashes i recommend increasing the driver wake up delay by 50, keep on adding 50 till the crashes stop

why not try to use lossless scaling. i only used to get 30 FPS but with lossless scaling i can now play at 60 fps consistent

the problem here is the cpu. the emulator is mostly about the cpu and sadly urs isnt that great. but you should be getting anywhere from 20 to 30 fps.

No its Not real 60 fps I can See the stuttering NVIDIA just Counts the wrong fps there you Play with only 20-30 fps
