Astrophysics student from the state of Alabama in the U.S. here! Without realizing it, I think you guys have created a bang on analogy for gravitational waves with driving the golf ball into the exercise ball. I vote for a video launching larger and larger spherical objects into the exercise ball, videoing with the phantom, to see how the different sizes of objects changes the waves traveling through the ball. Also if you could add water, mist, powder paint, smoke, etc. on or around the ball so that we could see how the waves propagate through the space around the ball, I think we would all be in for a banger of a slowie! Do it for science!

I just came back from a school camp there, I found one of the balls!
As someone who works on a golf course, this is terrifying.

I was actually quite surprised at the doors. Did not figure it would go through multiple. I know they're just hollow core but figured it would provide enough dampening to slow it down. The slow mo going through the glass was super satisfying too.

As I kid, my brother and my dad were both in to golf and would go golfing on a regular basis. I took one 30 minute golf lesson. At the end of the lesson, I was ready to bend the club over the instructor’s head, and the instructor told my parents “golf is _not_ the sport for him.” So, I totally understand Derek’s “love” of golf.
