Parking lots in Florida are smoldering embers of hell.

I love the 90’s colors! The mall is definitely not doing well unfortunately. Thank you DG for taking us along with you.

Hey Doomie Grunt, thanks for posting this video of our local Mall. Yes it is hanging on. Hopefully it will survive through all the changes in retail. Heads up, the name of the lake that the mall is situated nearby is 'Lake Jackson.'

I like this mall and I like the pastel colours. The only thing that's missing for this place is a fountain IMO. Great video D.G.😊

Those ceiling Christmas decorations are just sad … an old B&BW sign isn’t a good sign that the mall is thriving!

1st. They haven't even bothered to take down the Sears sign.

That would involve paying someone to do something… come on man! 😂

I think it’s because that’s not their property or building just like the old k mart isn’t their building from what I heard

You should come to Winnipeg MB (Canada)! Polo Park and St Vital malls are thriving.

I'm Canadian and I think that would be a good idea and really fun to see Doomie cover some Canadian malls. I would also love to see him cover some malls in Montreal, like the Eaton Center, Place Montreal Trust, Complexe Desjardins and Les Promenades Cathedrales, just to name a few.

I’ve watched this mall from the beginning and it makes me so sad

I was never much of a mallgoer as a teen in the 80s or even in the 90s and 2000s but until Ebay and Amazon took off I really appreciated the fact they were there and I could go get things that maybe I couldnt get elsewhere. Sadly they have become useless for a variety of reasons but they still pull at my heartstrings when I see them driving by wondering who works or shops there or when I go in and what once used to be a bastion of white culture is now a worn out mismanaged place that looks like an African or Middle East outside swap meet where I dont fit at all. The world continues to change and I appreciate you documenting these malls. Surprised there are that many left still open.

Haven't been to a mall in years. They're full of over-priced store, closed down stores, smart ass punk kids looking for trouble. Malls are way past their prime, all going the way of the Dodo bird. What does a mall and a deserted island have in common? They're both empty of people.
