- I’m thrilled to release a piano version of a new hymn that I wrote with my friends Will Esayenko and Kaylynn Van Wormer.
REFUGE
These burdens I bear, heavy and long,
Life's trials break me, I'm not that strong.
But as I rest in His loving embrace,
I find in His arms all comfort and grace.
Refrain:
Christ is my refuge, my all in all,
In Him I rest, I cannot fall.
I leave all my worries, my fear, my strife,
And in His embrace, I find His life.
Christ paid for my sin through death on the cross
I am accepted, I fear no loss
His scarred hands speak of His love ever true,
He holds me close, and carries me through.
I lay all my burdens down at His feet,
Christ is my refuge, I am complete.
The weight of my world, He carries with ease,
In the arms of the Shepherd, I find my peace.
