I was reading my user manual recently and found that scheduled fuel filter replacement for my Mazda 6 GH is at 150000km. I doubt that there are many cars with this mileage that still go back to the dealer for servicing, so it is unsurprising that this gets overlooked in regular servicing by independent mechanics. I'm only at 120000km, so I guess I will need to decide whether to replace the filter or just replace the whole assembly with the pump. It would be a pain to go to the effort of changing the filter, only for the pump to fail soon after.
I got a Mazda 6s the problem when run make a sound and shake strong when I take down a hill or go down street. Someone tell me what can be that problem. Please.

My One scanner says p0001 fuel pressure regulator. So do I need a fuel pump or just the regulator
