    Amen, so many programs, organizations clubs continue to coach the status quo. I see it in the quotes they post calling for weight room time, neglecting rest physical, mental and neurologically. Most have never been a part of a process that measures, ranks and records to see progress on the daily to weekly. Instead they burn the steak through and through blaming the athlete’s lack of commitment and toughness. The same as it has always been done and the losing programs continue to lose never coaching for the athletes sake. Loved this cannot wait for next one!!

    All they do is talk dont show anything doesnt teach anything
