Great tours. Old Philly resident and your tours, bring back memories. A few things: Those two concrete pillars you drove through on Memorial hall drive in Fairmount Park, were the entrance to America's first Worlds Fair. At the T of 49th & 50th Haverford Ave., sits my waterpark. Used to be a Gulf gas station. I personally went to Harrisburg Pa. petitioning the EPA, to remove it. They eventually demolished and removed the leaking tanks, before creating that park with drainage. At 46th & Market before 45th on the right, is former ABC the original Dick Clarks American Band Stand, and arena building. On 48th and Spruce, I played high school public league football, in that field. On 62nd & Pine, we used to own a home blown up May 1985, in the MOVE uprising. It's been years. Not much has changed, in these communities. Thanks for the memories. "Keep On Pushing."
