Lakitu: Once her health is halfway gone, she will start throwing larger Spiny Eggs that hatch into equally large Spinies. Not only are these supersize Spinies harder to evade, but they also deduct two points from any player who hits one. During the second half, Lakitu will send giant Spinies onto the field.
Wiggler: When it’s health is halfway depleted, Wiggler becomes enraged. It turns red and moves much faster than before, making it harder to ground-pound a body segment. In addition to that, three Piranha Plants appear at once instead of just two. Wiggler will run faster during the second half.
Whomp: When Whomp is down to half of her health, she will get angry and stomp her foot. For the rest of the battle, she will stomp on the counter every round, adding either one or two rotations to it before the players have made their selections.
King Bob-omb: Once King Bob-omb loses half of her health, she tosses Bob-ombs at the players who fail to throw a Bob-omb, causing them to lose one point. When two players are playing, King Bob-omb also has the opportunity to pick up a Bob-omb. While her health is above half, she simply throws the Bob-omb backwards and disallows the player from throwing it at her. However, if her health has reached halfway and this happens, King Bob-omb instead throws the Bob-omb at the players, causing them to lose one, two, or three points, depending on the size of the Bob-omb that he throws. During the second half, those who cannot attack lose points. In a two-player match, King Bob-omb discards a random bomb, causing the player to be unable to attack.
Dry Bones: As Dry Bones loses health, more cards will appear, along with more colors and shapes to choose from. When Dry Bones is at half health, she will stomp around in anger. After the cards are flipped over, Dry Bones will run across a row or column of cards and shuffle those cards. During the second half, after the players see the cards, Dry Bones will shuffle the cards on one of the rows or columns.
King Boo: After losing half her health, King Boo will send a Boo in the playing field to temporarily stun any player's cursor that makes contact with it. Players whose cursors get caught by Boos must shake their Wii Remotes to break free. During the second half, Boos will pop up to try to stall the players.
Cheep Cheep: When Cheep Cheep loses half of her health, she becomes enraged, speeding up her tackling attack. She also flies out of the water and dives back in, spiraling down.
Blooper: When Blooper loses half its health, it will become enraged; it will move faster, shoot ink at parts of the screen to make it harder for the players to see, and toss more Urchins. During the second half, Blooper will occasionally spray ink, which can hinder the players' sight. Players need to be more aware of the Urchins during the second half.
Spike: As Spike's health drops, however, the number of hammers to choose from will start to decrease, ensuring that at least one player will lose a point per round. In a two-player game, there will always be enough hammers for both players during the first half of the minigame. When Spike's health reaches its midway point, the rising lava will force the players to move closer to Spike, giving them less time to choose an item. Additionally, the number of hammers to choose from will decrease even further, being reduced to only one hammer in a two-player game and two hammers in a four-player game. In a three-player game, only one hammer is present when Spike has less than a quarter of her health left. After Spike loses half of her health, the lava will rise. During the second half, players will have less time to choose their weapons.
Chain Chomp: When Chain Chomp loses half it’s health, two of the tracks will lead to it instead of cannons. So when four characters play, in every round at least one player will end up reaching Chain Chomp. During the second half, only three cannons will be available.
Bowser Jr: When Bowser Jr. loses half of her health, the larger car's eyes will change color from yellow to red, and Bowser Jr. will add two additional Bowser Jr. spaces to the gauge. The new spaces are randomly placed, but they never cover a multiple of three or a number lower than six. If a player's roll reaches one of these spaces, Bowser Jr. will roll two dice instead of one and strike the player with two hammers for that amount of damage.
Bowser: When her health drops below half, Bowser will let out an angry roar before increasing in size again and make the battle more dangerous. After tossing the dice onto the field, the Koopa King will grab the stage and tilt it from side to side to complicate the players' attempts to roll the dice. If she gets any chances to attack, the fireballs will be larger and faster than before, making them more difficult to avoid. She also gains one new attack: After everyone has attacked with their dice, Bowser will roll a large, spike-edged die with images of the six bosses on it. (Fortunately, this die will not crush any players it lands on top of, so players can still make it tumble and change the image it shows.) After it lands, the camera zooms in to show which image is rolled. The die disappears in a puff of smoke, and the players must evade one of six elaborate attacks:
- Wiggler walks around the arena three times before leaving.
- King Bob-omb drops into the middle of the arena and makes Bob-ombs fall out of the sky.
- King Boo summons groups of Boos that spin in gradually expanding circles. The first group spins clockwise or counterclockwise, and the second group spins in the opposite direction.
- Blooper floats near the front of the arena (where Bowser is) and tosses 10 Urchins at the players.
- Chain Chomp drops into the middle of the arena and charges at the players. When it hits a wall, it will change direction. Players must dodge a few charges before Chain Chomp leaves the arena.
- If Bowser rolls her own image on the die, she will launch five waves of fireballs straight ahead. The waves alternate between three and four fireballs, forcing players to weave between them. During the second half, Bowser will throw a block, which has icons for all the main bosses, including herself. The boss icon that appears face-up will be the boss who will do the attacking. Bowser will start tilting the arena when it is the players' turn to attack. Bowser's fireballs will be larger and faster during the second half.

This is definitely one of the best evolutions in my opinion because they actually put bosses in Mario Party games! I'm a boss fighter and I actually do take bosses seriously but not too seriously because I really love fighting bosses, they're just so fun to fight. 😊

Goomba: When the Mega Goomba loses half of it’s health, it moves more quickly than before, making it harder to line up a jump. Additionally, Waddlewings attack more frequently, forcing players to use caution when climbing the ladders.
Petey Piranha: When Petey loses half of her health, she intensifies the battle. She opens her mouth much more frequently than before, and also tries to fake players out by leaning forward repeatedly before actually opening her mouth. On top of this, any players who shoot bombs into Petey's mouth lose an extra point from a final bomb that Petey spits out after their "reflected" shots.
Sledge Bro: When the Mega Sledge Bro loses half of her health, she automatically replaces the current set of cards with a new set. From now on, there will be cards with two hammers in the mix; anyone who picks one of these will be hit with a pair of hammers and lose two points. Additionally, the cards are replaced with a new batch after four cards are chosen. The Mega Sledge Bro also removes four cards each turn instead of two.
King Boo: When half of King Boo's health is depleted, she will make the courses more elaborate, with more Boos. At the beginning of each round, she will make one of the Boos switch places with a normal red tile before floating up to the screen and taunting the camera, preventing players from seeing the Boos as they morph into tiles.
Cheep Chomp: At half health, the Mega Cheep Chomp will begin each round with two or three Cheep Cheep helpers swimming around it; the Cheep Cheeps can block shells fired at the boss, thereby making timing another factor in player strategy.
Blooper: After losing half of it’s health, it gains the ability to swim in a circle, carrying bubbles in it’s wake; this temporarily makes the images harder to see and the bubbles themselves harder to hit. It also summons a swarm of regular Bloopers; anyone who makes an incorrect match at this point will be attacked by a Blooper, losing one point.
Monty Mole: After Mega Monty Mole loses half of her health, she will scatter small bombs in the maze when he reconfigures it after each attack. The bombs act as obstacles to players and explode if they get close; players caught in the explosion lose one point and are blown into the air, stalling their progress for a second. Apart from the bombs, the game plays the same as before.
Kamek: As Kamek's health decreases, she summons more Bullet Bills at a time; once his health is down to half, she gets angry and switches to summoning Banzai Bills and Big Amps, which take up much more space and do increased damage (Big Amps take two points per hit and stun players briefly, while Banzai Bills take three points per hit). All of Kamek's attacks are telegraphed by his charging magic in her wand, but he attacks more frequently as the battle goes on.
Mechakoopa: After losing half of it’s health, the Mega Mechakoopa will move faster and more erratically. It will also begin breathing fire in 90-degree arcs to the left or right-touching the fire will cost players a point. With no warning or pattern to its fire breath, players will have to be much more careful when they run past the boss after jumping off the chains.
Bowser: When Bowser loses half of her health, her tank will explode and hurl her into the lava north of the arena. However, she quickly returns as Dry Bowser, enlarging herself and destroying the outer edges of the arena with a monstrous roar. Now on a smaller, rectangular arena, players must continue to fire at Dry Bowser to earn points and deplete her health. Mushrooms will still spawn periodically, enabling players to double their damage output until they get hit. Dry Bowser mainly attacks by breathing large blue fireballs or throwing bones across the stage. She can also jump into the background (out of the range of the players' cannons) and bombard the stage with fireballs; players should watch for the blue spots and move to another part of the stage. All of Dry Bowser's attacks take three points from anyone they hit; her fireballs can redirect the movement of Mushrooms that touch them, but her bone attack will knock them out of the arena.

Goomba Tower: When Goomba Tower's health is depleted halfway, the Tower will be one Goomba taller, and move faster. There will also be spiky nuts that deal damage if the player touches them.
Chain Chomp: When Chain Chomp is at half health, each time it hits one of the gauze sections, the other three will be engulfed in lava for a couple of seconds, which will damage the player if they touch them.
Mr. Blizzard: When Mr. Blizzard has half of her health remaining, she will throw more snowballs, and more quickly than before.
King Bob-omb: Once enough damage is done to King Bob-omb, her arena expands, revealing a larger circuit that contains four rows of tiles to complete.
Dry Bowser: When Dry Bowser's health bar is half empty, Dry Bowser's button patterns will have four buttons instead of three, making it harder to remember; once Dry Bowser's down to her last hit point, the bones he throws are much larger and have five buttons.
Bowser: If her HP is above half, Bowser will simply breath streams of fireballs.
