    Ingredients can be scaled up or down depending on how much you wish to make
    160g Sugar
    100g Water
    200g Double Cream
    125g Butter
    250g Biscoff Spread

    You should add instructions about the temperature since if you dont get it hot enough, it won't come out right.

    To everyone asking, I think the temp is just when it starts caramelizing (changing color from clear to amber/brown) then quickly add the cream. Do NOT let it Caramelize too long or it will burn or be hard.

      Yeah bit the finishing temp of your caramel effects the consistency of it when finished
      Like if it's runny or thick depends on the final temp

    I know temp plays an important part in the final texture. At what temp is the sugar before you add your cream and butter?

      You really don't need temperature. Once it's a nice amber colour it's ready. Temperature control is more important as caramel can burn quickly

      ​@phillyb8347 no it isn't. Any high sugar "candy" requires a temperature. If you bring it too hot you'll end up with hard candy too low you'll end up with syrup.

    Looks so easy but the one time I tried I had Carmel sauce in the pan and mid pour it turned back into crystals

      Just a flavour of biscuit, quite unique. Kinda reminds me of a subtle ginger flavour that gives off a warming sensation...finally transitioning into a sweet buttery paste in your mouth.

      Cleaning is easy. Put some water in the pan and simmer it for a few minutes and it's clean

    oh, how I despise the term "Biscoff". Speculaas/speculoos is a staple Dutch and Belgian cookie. Lotus went international with their speculoos spread and some marketing team dreamed up the name "biscoff" cause speculoos would be too difficult for English speakers or something, but to keep their brand the same everywhere, they've now rebranded in Belgium to biscoff too. no. just no.
