Prior to the recipe I had constantly failed at making caramel that I had ptsd at the thought of making it again but I tried this recipe and I successfully made my very first batch of caramel. Thank you for this recipe ❤
Hello @ifepinkies I tried this recipe today and it came out so nice. I used the same measurement and procedure but I used brown sugar in place of white sugar. It was so yummy and the texture is just as the one displayed on the screen. You just earned yourself a new subscriber. Thanks for sharing😊
Made this. It was delicious but i made it too long so it turned really hard. Like sweet after refrigeration. I had to add water and boil again but it qas really delicious and made my cake soo rich

I used full cream milk and jubi margarine
What if i am doing half of d recipe and want to use it immediately, will i still use jar in refrigirating or can use any plastic witch lid hence I'm using everything immediately it cools?
I don't know mine turned out waters with like very tiny chuncks it's like water and sugar were separated but it had a lovely caramel color, what did I do wrong?

Came out pretty well only problem I encountered was I had to melt the sugar without water because mine kept crystalsing
Adding a one or two tablespoons of glucose powder helps prevent crystallization as it stops the glucose molecules from clumping
Trust me this thing is not as easy as Ife is making it sound. Kudos to you dear

Maybe you didn’t allow sugar melt completely on low heat before adding the other ingredients
