    It's clear you and I grew up in the same era. Richard Norris from The Grid is still knocking about making (mostly) ambient music these days.

      I'm glad Richard is still making music - ambient jams come to all of us, eventually! 😂

    Another amazing one... Would love to see some early stuff from The Prodigy recreated here. The Experience or Jilted Generation stuff mmmm... All the best to you!

      Thanks so much! Big fan of the early Prodigy (though a certain Mr. Ball has just done a thing on the synths behind those early Prodigy tracks), but they've been on my list depending on the copyright situation..!

      @@bleepsandboops Ah yes I have seen the video haha, quite a good one! Very different approach though. Liam Howlett used really interesting samples in those first two albums which would be great to see you chop up! 😝

      Hadn't thought of it tbh - Captain P has already broken down some of the drums so it would have to be something different... Also I'm forever fighting with copyright on these videos so depends what is/isn't allowed!!

      I'd rather go with Halycon + On + On (my Wavestation and Lately bass are ready...) but it's been done really quite well elsewhere..!!

      @@bleepsandboops thank you for the comment and your amazing chanell!!!
      Do you know what is the source of the chords stabs in the opus 3 song? Its been used on so many 90s records but i have no clue.

    • @bleepsandboops
      @bleepsandboops  Год назад

      Thanks! No idea about the chord stabs, but there were lots of synths that did that kind of thing (Alpha Juno, for example), and you can also do a trick where you stack samples at different pitches onto the same note of a sampler... so instead of playing back one note you might be playing back a whole chord?
