Looks like an imitation 1950's AS Cadet, especially the rounded rim. Sounds like a Cadet, but higher in pitch. It's only drawback is the shorter length trapway box, which explains the dismal test performance. Wonder if AS made this for MW.
For a cheap store toilet this 1970 Montgomery Ward toilet did well. The item test performance is alright - took through the washcloth (slight struggle on possibly a barb on first attempt) and grocery bag easily but washcloth/grocery bag and dishtowel was certainly a failure but on normal use it still would be a great performer. Siphoned out on with a clogged siphon jet which means the flush power from the rim jets is excellent. The dirt flush test was great but could do with a little improvement to the rim jets at the front of the bowl. A decent toilet with a decent 7/10 score 👍
This toilet has a nice flush, but the performance was expectedly not the best. If I recall, KDMC has one of these that plugged up fairly easily, only I think his was Sears branded.

I would imagine they made it themselves, probably as cheaply as possible.
I haven't seen a American Standard Afton on OCC Plumbings channel for a while.
At this time, there are no American Standard Aftons on my channel. I filmed several at a hotel but the video is not posted yet.

This is basically like the Glacier Bay from the time so I would say it did well.
