Thanks for posting this, I couldnt have done it without you and SO much easier to figure it all out vs the manual! one thing you have to push OK everytime you make a change in setting it up or the settings dont hold (I read that in troubleshooting). I dont think you mentioned that. so tonite Im gonna set it out and see the cat who comes on the porch but runs away when he sees us. what a cool little rig this is!
Thank you for taking the time to create and post this video. I just got one for Christmas, it’s my third trail camera and my second Bushnell. I currently have a Wilderness Innovations trail camera which is a substantial downgrade from my first Bushnell, both in picture quality and practicality when it comes to setting it up and changing cards and batteries. From watching your video I can see that this Bushnell has a few extra features that my first one did not have (time lapse, for example). So glad I watched your video as it will help me with the set up. Thanks again.
Thank you very much from downunder. Your video helped me resolve my new purchase. I'd just travelled 100 km to buy a Prime L20 but on getting home could not open the battery compartment at all! I was worried about using too much force to get the tray out and was very dejected at the thought of driving yet another 100 km just to try and resolve the issue at place of purchase. Since your footage showed and commented on that very thing I went ahead expecting a bit of resistance but got the tray out in one go. Cheers Bud!

Great video, thank you! Just bought one for my garden in the UK to see if I can see the badgers. Our camera in the UK doesn't come with SD card or batteries though!
Finally fully tested. I am not impressed. Maybe I got a dud but the audio recording is terrible as my last comment states. The fov is not good (wide but way too short) Maybe they should place the camera specs/size on the packaging or even on the website so people who want or need a wide fov cam can pass this by?. It looks to be 90 or even 60 degree? It sometimes records video at night and sometimes it doesn't even record if I walk past it, and pir setting is at high. Most times it records just as the movement ends, not in the beginning. I have tried all types of locations and settings with the same results. Recording video will only record 10 seconds even though I have 30 seconds selected. You can wave your arms for 30 seconds and move around, but it will only record 10. I have tried different batteries, different sd cards with no luck. Getting in touch with Bushnell is just as bad. I regret my purchase. I bought another cam.... a cheap cheap one and it does better at trigger speed and records the length I set. The only problem with that one is the pir sensitivity is too touchy and will fill the card with vids spaced 2-5 minutes apart. Had to set it to medium to stop that.
I know its an older cam, but I needed one that records audio without breaking the bank, so I just bought one. That being said, the audio on this cam is very very weak. I'm wondering....there's a screw that holds the rubber cover for the solar connector on the bottom. Next to it, there is a very small hole which I assume is the mic, Has anyone made that hole bigger to see if the audio is better? My old cam has about the same size hole but it also has the plastic removed in rows like a grill and the sound on that one is excellent. To bad the ir went out that one and the manufacturer won't respond or I would still be using it.
Nice video... Seriously 15frames/ second? That shutterspeed is just too slow for anything that is moving ... It will give a lot of bad motion blur. Movie cameras use 24 fps . I think Bushnell could do a lot better.
After the count down you went from On to Aim! Instructions say that can cause the camera to "lockup". Instructions say to always switch from Off to Aim...
My camera didn't come with instructions, so this video was very useful. Thank you. Thanks for not including any useless filler in the video.
