Great advice. I've been reformatting them, but not by changing the format. Recently, I started storing the cards in a small container to protect the cards. I've been using a plastic container just larger than the cards but should probably use something that can breathe so the cards don't absorb condensation. Again, great advice!

Hey guys I have a few stealth cam v30ngkx on my Property, I can’t stand them But Im also thinking my SD card isn’t good, what card should I buy for them? I will get one for each
i must just be lucky. i've never had card issues. i run strictly micro-SD cards, because i use my phone to get the pics/vids from my cams. pop the sd card out, pop it in the phone, transfer files, pop back in the cam. i've even switched cards between cams and had no issues, although i'm paying attention to that this year. i run all 32 GB cards in all my cams, because they are all for videos, only one cam is used for pics. and two cams have 64 GB cards in them. if you are doing the things that you describe in the video, putting the cards in your pocket, having them on your truck floor?????????, then yeah, of course you will have issues, because you are abusing your cards. my cards are in their cams, always. they only come out to transfer the data to my phone. so really, that one point, of having 2 cards to swap between each other for each cam, that's leading to the transporting of cards, which in turn seems to increase the wear and tear on them. especially if they are on your truck's floor. i'll have to do the PC formatting, i've never done that. heck, i never even used to format them in the cams.
@@tonymonchanic2832 i've now started to format my cards, just because. But i haven't noticed anything different. I also did firmware updates to all my cams, something i had never, ever done. I'm of the mindset that 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it'. But, everyone says you should, so i went ahead. All my gardepro cams were fine, never having any issues. But now, since upgrading their firmware, they are acting up. I should have left well-enough alone.
My problem is with the password protect. Anytime I use the password the camera does not take shots. I will open my trail camera, put in my password and a msg states "no files exist" I dont have this problem if I dont use the password. I have a Campark T40 . I use the recommended SD Card and only in this device. I reformat it after I download all my pics.
Good info. Swap 3 different cards out of one camera. A thief stole my camera when I was feeding deer and watching when they shed. Thankfully he only got the newest one, with not much on it! Can't use the camera because of password protected. I'll get him.
My camera was working fine and now it is only taking pictures that are white and we have not changed the settings. Can anyone give me an idea what has happened. The same SD card and was taking great pics and now just white shots, its like somehow the exposure setting got changed.
thank you i bless you in the name of Jesus..i literally cried in frustration...also because the closing on my ranch got cancelled where i was planning to use these lol so

Great video . thanks
When the card gets full will it run back over the newest video or stop on a trail cam
Great question! It’ll stop storing new pictures on the card once it’s full.
@@ExodusOutdoorGear Thanks I will try the same
I would like to try your cameras but it is impossible to buy them in Spain.
Hey guys I have a few stealth cam v30ngkx on my
Property, I can’t stand them
But Im also thinking my SD card isn’t good, what card should I buy for them? I will get one for each
7:59 you dropped something that popped out of your pocket when you took your phone out. But I think you noticed it, so phew !
Watch in 1.5x
Thanks for the video
I have a question
I use a trail camera to monitor my house.
My question
Can someone be able to hack my SD CARD CAMERA.
7:58 he dropped a sd card.
Good info thanks
I went to put back my trail cam back up put new battery in it after I put the sd card in it and it said no sd card?
Are you aware that a lot of standard SD cards are actually just cases with a microSD inside?
The picture settings shows error
i must just be lucky. i've never had card issues. i run strictly micro-SD cards, because i use my phone to get the pics/vids from my cams. pop the sd card out, pop it in the phone, transfer files, pop back in the cam. i've even switched cards between cams and had no issues, although i'm paying attention to that this year. i run all 32 GB cards in all my cams, because they are all for videos, only one cam is used for pics. and two cams have 64 GB cards in them.
if you are doing the things that you describe in the video, putting the cards in your pocket, having them on your truck floor?????????, then yeah, of course you will have issues, because you are abusing your cards. my cards are in their cams, always. they only come out to transfer the data to my phone. so really, that one point, of having 2 cards to swap between each other for each cam, that's leading to the transporting of cards, which in turn seems to increase the wear and tear on them. especially if they are on your truck's floor.
i'll have to do the PC formatting, i've never done that. heck, i never even used to format them in the cams.
we like your style but in my reality it will eventually get abused
@@tonymonchanic2832 i've now started to format my cards, just because. But i haven't noticed anything different.
I also did firmware updates to all my cams, something i had never, ever done. I'm of the mindset that 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it'. But, everyone says you should, so i went ahead. All my gardepro cams were fine, never having any issues. But now, since upgrading their firmware, they are acting up. I should have left well-enough alone.
what about SD card dashcam for car?...
Outstanding Points / Just Subscribed 👌👍
your making the sicko demonic lieng loser devil sign!!! bad bad idea!!!
Can you reformate too much also?? I clear the cards Everytime I check them is that bad ?
What if I don’t have a pc to format my sd card? I only have an ipad
Yesir, well said!
GET HIM! GET HIM GOOD!!!
Then the thief watched a code crack video here on RUclips, then traded it for meth.,
Informative but I still don’t know what SD card is best for usage!
Look on your user manual
My camera was working fine and now it is only taking pictures that are white and we have not changed the settings. Can anyone give me an idea what has happened. The same SD card and was taking great pics and now just white shots, its like somehow the exposure setting got changed.
