I have already eaten at Merriman's Maui, and I think it is an excellent restaurant with a magnificent view of Kapalua beach. The top-of-the-range dishes are all made with local products. We booked a month in advance via Open Table and everything went well with the reservation, we had an excellent table. There were very good early evening musicians. A cake was offered to us by the house for our fifth wedding anniversary. A place to recommend for a special occasion.
