Agreed! Season of Mist is a metal mine of extraordinary quality. If I ever feel like I want to find a new band, Season of Mist is my usual go to.

Great album! Last fair deal gone down was my first album been a fan ever since
I’m much more a of depressive bm person so can be picky but this album is perfect. I love how much the vocalist emotes. It’s fast but like being dragged down in the best way. This album has such a strong sense of depressive urgency and I love it.
Haha not my fave sub genre, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't love blasting my Shining V Halmstad record hahaha
I've now listened to this song probably over 30 times and it continues to maintain its initial impact. Gaerea are taking what they did on Unsettling Whispers and stepping it up tremendously in terms of intensity, vocal delivery, and overall song development. Love the speed and guitar work on this one and I cant wait for Limbo.
New album is great too, I am trying to get on their show for few days in my country, Croatia
After listening to this I went on Bandcamp and bought the colored vinyl as a college graduation gift for myself. This is absolutely killer and I can’t wait to hear the whole thing 🤘🏼

one of my biggest expectation for this year, this track is really good, as the first album a powerful voice (this mix of hate and despair) and a great sound
Portuguese Gaerea is a great team. These melancholic sounds, tromelo picking, riffs and transitions are extraordinary.
The vocalist does a good job. His movements, behavior and gestures are a phenomenon. It all makes you want to listen to it and watch it with inspiration. Music flows straight to the heart. Thank you guys for the great BLACK METAL.

This is my first time hearing this,I'm honestly blown away. I've been a BM fan since 1998 and I swear the bands just keep getting better and better in many ways. Nice to see a fresh take on an old style.
This is modern black metal, just as Mgla, Moonreich, Kjeld, Mispurmyng, Uada, Krater, Peste Noire, Shining..

Certainly one of the best things that came out from Portugal.
Gaerea is yet another rising force to be reckoned, the debut album was immense and I have big expectations for this album.

Saw them live last year when they supported Numenorean. Such an intense experience, so beautifully reflecting their music. And this track seems an improvement on their writing, and I can't wait to hear the whole thing, when they unshackle that beast. I will have see them live again, hopefully this time supported, rather than the supporter.

Same here, saw them in Copenhagen last year, insane performance. I actually went for Numenorean, but these guys nailed it!
@@77blacktrip I booked one of the shows in the Netherlands, both bands were great. The bands really complement to eachother. Gaerea's music and image are darker, Numenorean got 3 guitars on stage to get all the layers the songs deserve. One of my highlights last year.

Lot of interesting sounds here and I dig that it maintains aggression throughout the track with mood changes. A lot of unexpected riff directions which is super welcome. Not familiar with these guys, but I want to be now!
