Absolutely. There is an excitement in her voice that is very different from what you hear in other guided meditations. I was surprised at first but I loved it

That was beautiful, I used to do the light meditations myself, the white, gold yellow & indigo, such healing to have it flow through, & over you & back to mother earth to be regenerated & grounding, to be returned to you & to give back. This is my new daily meditation. I've tried several Triple A apps. Headspace, waking up, calm, mind Valley, wellness coach. None have been this quality of teaching me or reaching me like this. The voice and visualization was magnificent. No one has ever spoken to me this way my whole life. I felt loved and positive vibes, good intentions. I've never even had anyone in a relationship speak to me this way. It just shows how different we are. I really appreciate you and this practice. Namaste 🙏
Amazing...went from smiling to giggling to tears in my eyes and feeling lighter
For a long time I have thought I had aphantasia because I can’t create mental images in my mind. It can make visualization during mediation really hard. Doing this meditation as it got to the later colors I was able to mentally see them. Something I have never experienced before. Thank you for this!

Hello, it's my first time here. I was feeling very overwhelmed by my life and decided that maybe some mediation would help me. I'm aware that I didn't do this the proper way, as I listened to this as I was walking to work instead of in a relaxation pose, but even then I felt like it really helped me. I can't wait to try it the proper way

Cyrillien? Cerelian? Idk got stuck there. Ultra violet? Do you mean a neon or black light color? Ultra violet is a type of light spectrum. During guided meditation I’m all in. Those little things are big important. 🙏🏼
