For novice class any car will do. As your skills grow you'll want a better car. Just make sure you have the right tires, that's the biggest and best upgrade you can do, everything else is pointless unless you have the right tires.
RC Alley oh no doubt. I have a used b6d coming. I am mostly concerned with electronics. I raced a long long time ago and nothing is remotely the same and I can’t remember anything. I just don’t want to buy the wrong esc and motor or weight to much have the wrong tires. I’m just trying to get back into it but don’t want to buy things twice. At least for a little while.
Short but right on point! Looking forward to next one.
I’m going from 4WD SCT this outdoor season to indoor off road carpet 2wd stock buggy. Thx for the vid! I subbed!
Where is your track located?
Do you think a tamiya 2wd with some upgrades would be a good starter for racing?

@@RCAlley Thanks I'm going to start out with the DT03 fighter
Where can I find all the rules for all the off-road classes? I can’t find one video on RUclips going over all the class rules and car specs.
The rules are very long and complicated. That video would be very long. I'd assume they are on roars website. Try Google instead of RUclips
RC Alley thanks for the reply I just don’t want to build a car and not be able to race it due to wrong parts and such.
If you get a reputable brand it will be roar legal for sure
