The sawblades can be hit when they bounce off of enemies, making them extremely good for catching people off guard and also really good for a second chance at starting a combo, they can also be shot with the gun and bunny hop
also use the gun when you are moving in the air, if you shoot while on the ground you're just standing still for a while, no momentum, gotta keep moving.
By Harley u can just up special and it eats on her project making her spike and or wake up useless and literally u can up special to deleate any projectial even heavy
Personally, I think stipe isn’t S+ tier and just regular S tier. Maybe if his bomb was better, gun did more damage, chainsaw special could be faster, and they boost his damage in general, I think he’d be better than Rick. Rick excels at keeping the enemy pressure off and is insane offensively and defensively. Stripe can be the same but they need to tweak him a bit. This is just my opinion, feel free to rebuttal me.
I think the changes you are suggesting would probably make him a little too overtuned. I think the bomb does deserve some extra attention tho, the signature perk helps a little bit I feel you should be armored or something similar while you charge at the enemy.
With the speed buff signature perk. You can up special your own saw blade while it's rotating on a Plat or after hitting someone and it bounces off... then chain saw'ing with the speed buff is like.... pretty awesome. Ngl
Stripe is pretty similar to Taz, not only personality wise, but gameplay wise too You kinda just go in without any plan and press buttons, and you win, love it
I’d say Stripe is more dangerous than Taz because unlike Stripe, Taz is too dumb to know what he’s doing is wrong whilst Stripe is actually conniving and intelligent and knows what he’s doing is evil but just doesn’t care
Bruh I teamed up with a Stripe with my Garnet and we went on a win spree until we got humble by a few better players that were very skilled. Stripe is probably the most unpredictable character I faced and teamed up with.
Yo, i was havin a huge issue both with matchmaking and stripe. So to start off with the matchmaking in duos, I’ve been getting constant games with people that were lvl 2-5 and couldn’t even get 100 damage, and it’s happening constantly, while my opponents are just medium to god like (I’m rank 6k with stripe, could it be that or maybe it’s cuz I’m playin in the south america server) And second bug, has been happening with me on console while also using stripe, and sometimes, when I use the chainsaw move, I just teleport to a random opponent and instantly hit them, which doesn’t seem like they wanted that to be a feature- And that’s all (Tho there was that time where I fought a velma that didn’t receive any knock back, and it wasn’t any hacks cuz on the rematch she was normal, and the person was also in a ps4, so yeah...)
The only character I bought so far besides superman i love his chaotic style. And nothings better than launching off the map with his chainsaw after a good win.
Stripe is a problem! Dude literally just swarmed me like a piranha in mid air using that fucking gun of his which used all my air moves and well i fell off the map. And I was on the up and up!
I have a question for you, did you read his moves? His up special is supposed to cling to an enemy then you bite them while invulnerable. Then his 3rd ult passive is supposed to transfer debuffs off of your body onto the enemy when you cling onto them. But since you can't cling on anybody its useless. So its either a broken move, or an old moveset that they didnt change out of the move list. Mega annoying to me either way

I feel Stripe’s moveset so perfectly compliments his personality. It’s so chaotic and unpredictable and that’s what makes it fun.
