1998 Dodge Neon R/T Walkaround

I got my hand on this 1998 Dodge Neon R/T. This is my first walk around of it before I clean it or mod it in any way. This is legit how I got it aside from me wiping off the windows and dashboard. Tell me what you think of the Dodge Neon. What did you like and/or hate about them.
