Excuse me; this is not a tensiometer,.... the cables must be connected upside down; when you use this tourniquet system it is be supposed to have a surgery under the cuff (elbow, wrist, fingers,...)and the cables can bother, so you have to fold them and this can disturb the pressure of the cuff. The cables should exit through the shoulder not the elbow. Thanks.
